Parang nauuso naman ngayon b-50 complex (o huli Lang ba ko sa balita?) ladies testify it lengthens LP daw talaga mas maaga Ov. May promise sana pero may Vitex na ko e.. baka ma-OA haba naman Hahah*
Kung may apprehensive mag try ng Vitex, o nahihirapan mag purchase, this might be a good alternative for you

Hindi kami nagmeds for this cycle, nagkasakit kasi ako ng 1 week (colds, cough and flu). So I have to take in a lot of meds, hindi ako uminom ng fertility meds except for metformin ko. Hindi ko alam if mag-oovulate ako on my own, hindi din kami nakabalik kay OB. I tested negative sa OPK at CD 15. Try ko ulit mamaya (CD17).

Sinimulan ko dun kumain ng pineapple core. Hehe, okay naman pala sya. Sarap isawsaw sa asin.

^it works with the hormones daw. On its own wala syang hormones so they say it's safe. Pero syempre use with care pa rin.

Subscribing to this. We have been married for 10 months pero LDR kami ngayon. Hubby will be back in two months, and we'll try to TTC. Do you think i should start taking folic acid na? Or ano kaya ang pwde? Or dapat mgvisit muna ako sa OB? Parang ayoko kasi pumunta na mag isa ako.

Ako din sis. Para sa wedding ako napadpad dito sa gt yes much better to take folic acid now. Sabi nila mas ok nga 3 months before conception nagtetake ka na ng folic acid

Yes sis. Foladin yung gamit ko na reseta ng ob ko during ttc and pregnancy.

Same here! Sa Weddings section ako nagsimula at ngayon nga napadpad na sa TTC. Ah ganun pala mga sis, need itake ang folic acid months before pa. Naka 1 month ako neto before pero tinigil ko kasi di ako nabuntis. Ang impatient ko lang haha! Basta pray lang at galingan natin!! Baby dust sa ating lahat hehe!😂

Been taking folic acid since August 2014. Si baby na lang ang kulang. hehe. Hintay hintay lang.
