Have you ever experienced being the foreign student? How did it feel? Did someone bully you or did you make some long-term friends? Share your experiences!

Yes, I grew up in a foreign country. Went to an international school where everyone was foreign, so it was quite normal. No bullying and I did make friends there. Though of course I don't see them now as I'm back here in the Philippines, but some of them I still keep in touch via fb.

Ive always been the foreign student. LOL. even sa international school sa manila feeling ko foreigner pa rin ako. But honestly you will find other people to hang out with and i encourage you not to just stick to pinoys. pag ganon parang hinde ka rin nag abroad.

with regards to bullying i think that depends on where you go to study and what age you are. The older you are the less likely it is to happen, and the more developed the country the less issue din.

I have a handful of life long friends but mostly acquaintances.
