It feels good to delete pictures, text and memories

^Hi TS, it wouldn't be easy... Pero kung ano man yang pinagdaraanan mo ngayon at least you are doing something to help yourself.  just to share... I had an M.U. before.. Yes, we weren't even official pero grabe ang heartbreak na dinanas ko sa kanya, Until one day i've decided na it's time to let go if this person na. What I did is deleted all of our photos, destroyed my sim, (I didn't memorized the num # intentionally) resigned from work.. transferred to another City.. grabe ang effort! as in lahat para matulungan sarili ko ginawa ko. Alam ko kasi na magpapaka gag* nanaman ako isang text tawag lang mapapatawad ko na sya and oknanaman kame sa ganung set up. It felt horrible kasi minsan gusto mo tignan yung photos kaso wala na, gusto mo sya tawagan kaso you don't have the num. kung kumontak man sya di ka nya matatwagan.. Gusto mo sya puntahan kaso anlayo..  You see.. everything happens for a reason talaga and just to share with you after that heartbreak I met this man 10 years ago and I'm his wife now.. Mas maganda na nakaalis ka na since you've mentioned na "puro panloloko lang... all the smiles fake lang pala"     sorry kung super haba ng message ko. just pray sis.. malalampasan mo din yan.

for me yes.pag wala na talaga tinatapon or pinapamigay ko na lahat!and yes it feels so good..parang somehow its like ang sarap mag dissappear sa routines nyo, yong lugar na lage nyong pinupuntahan, yong mga activities na magkasama kayo, sana mag dissappear din sila..hahaha joke lang but sometimes changes is good! lahat bago.

I've only deleted our pictures sa phone ko. I restored kasi. Pero meron pa sa flash drive. Hahaha. May pumipigil pa din sa akin na i-delete lahat ng copy ko. Well atleast wala na sa phone ko di na ko parang t**** na iiyak habang nakatingin sa pictures namin. Yung flash drive ko nasa baul so di ko rin inoopen talaga. I blocked him sa social media accounts ko.

Almost 5yrs worth of happy photos and videos and messages that until now I cannot completely delete. We broke up last December. But when I open my files, it's like opening fresh wounds and letting them bleed out. It's all I can do not to completely breakdown, let alone spend enough time to look at them and delete them. In time...

ako inalis ko lang mga photos, videos sa laptop, sa fb, phone, pati yung mga nakatago sa HD, nilagay ko lang lahat sa photobucket account ko, hinayaan ko lang sya dun, d ko na rin naman inoopen yun hayaan ko na lang si photobucket mag alis sakali maalis na un account ko. hoping one day makalimutan ko na anong email o password nya.
yung mga convo sa fb, hindi ko pa binubura kahit naka blocked pa sya dun nilagay ko lang sa archive files. pag may day na feeling ko namimiss ko sya binabasa ko last convo para mabalik lang ko sa realidad na tama lang nawala na sya. tho alam ko di sya un namimiss ko un feeling lang at experience.

This might be good for most, deleting...
pero actually ako i kept my exes' love letters (yup i grew up in a time na uso pa yun, sans celphones lol), love notes, cards...and you know, it's quite interesting to read and look at those letters..fond memories na lang siempre natitira...coz now its around 20years na, some are older pa! hehe kaaliw lang
Not just exes'letters ha siempre even friends, suitors (lol) and my ex-bf now hubby.

i delete already nakakainis na sobra na nasasaktan na ko. Tama na ang pag hold on.

oo one way yan pra makapagmove on. ako rin eh sinave ko sa isang folder sa pc lahat ng pics, videos, etc.. tapos hndi ko binubuksan. then after 4 months, nkita ko may pics pa pla kmi sa laptop ko, aun, prang normal nlng. sabi ko "ay, meron pa pla dito?" nang hndi nasasaktan. hndi ko na nga lang din binura kc wala na ako pakialam hehe, di ko din masyado nakikita yung folder na un. accidentally lang. masyado ako busy pra sa ibang bagay para tignan ko pa un.

i haven't deleted his pics on my phone. konti lang naman pics namin and sayang delete maganda ako dun e baka crop ko na lang siya. hehe

minsan may mga hinahanap akong pics sa phone ko and i stumble upon his pics wala na akong ma feel e. parang stranger na siya sa akin.

I changed my phone. Blocked him on FB.

It's like pretending he doesn't exist anymore.
