66 pa pala lahat, pero yung photo, video, coordinator, HMUA, L&S, Full Band, Event Stylist sila lang may 2 meals so kaya sa morning 36 meals, sa gabi 66 meals a total of 102 meals.

My gosh! Magbibilang na nga din ako ng heads ng suppliers.. Di ko inexpect na aabot sa ganyang count...!

-sis meixin, aside from the suppliers kasama din sa meals ang ento mo so i guess better to ask your suppliers now kung ilan sila and don't rely on the contract the way i did huhuhu 😭😭😭

meixin - haha, totoo ang dami talaga. konti pa yan kasi kung high end ang event stylist mo tapos full reception ang styling, malamang yan 15-20 heads. BTW, ikaw sis yung 700 guests diba? Most probably madami headcount ng coordinator mo? Mahirap mag manage ng crowd na ganyan kadami.

prettylove - if you are too worried, mag KFC ka nalang sis yung Fully loaded meal P150 yon may dessert pa! hehe.

Yup its better to ask the supplier, pero kung stated sa contract, ask them bakit sobra. Saken kasi walang nakalagay sa contract yung iba kong supplier, kaya I have to ask them. Yung mga may nakalagay sa contract, still I asked them, buti wala namang nagsabi na sobra sila.

You can ask them nicely bakit ang dami nila. Photo mo 8 persons? bakit ang dami!

Regarding supplier meals: sa prep suppliers (hmua, otd, p/v) nag order na lang kami ng breakfast sa mcdo. Plus may available na chips, sandwich, biscuits kung gusto nila during breaks.

Lunch: we ordered from walking pantry. On time sila dumating. Buti i ordered isang chicken and isang beef. May supplier kami na may allergy pala sa chicken

Dinner: kasama lahat ng suppliers sa buffet head count

^wow that was so nice of you! My husband really wanted to do it but I insisted not to kasi medyo malaking cut sa budget yun. Buti nalang late na nya sinabi, actually nung na meet na nya yung mga suppliers, magaan yung loob nya kaya few weeks before the wedding he was insisting to add heads, kasi nakakahiya daw magbigay ng food packs.

Our headcount sa wedding day was 122 out of 150pax. So our suppliers ate at the buffet nalang. We have extra food packs, so baka yung iba nag food packs pa din. Pero at least I saw our major  suppliers like Coordinator, Photo and Video eating at the buffet. Others di ko na alam kung saan sila kumain. hehe.

^ Sis try Air BNB as well. My friend was able to get the rest house that CheChe Lazaro had put out for rent.  Although 2-3 bedrooms lang sya. But they have a huge garden overlooking Taal, and has a huge lounge.  I'm sure maraming houses like that.

^hi sis! i think it took me more than half an hour to search for this post again  sis, can you help me find the link ng rest house ni cheche lazaro? i can't seem to find it kasi... still looking for wedding preps venue na may taal view, sana mga 30mins away lang to OLLP

-sis hermione28, we are also condisering that crew meal na fastfood na lang but i heard most of the suppliers prefer sana na lutong bahay maybe because it is more satisfying than fastfood meals? Anyway, will consider a lot of options na lang siguro atleast alam na namin ni fiance how much the probable costs of crew meals. Thanks sis

Check also Packed Gourmet. I recommend CCME for food trays, na try na namen, masarap ang mura ang food. I tried inquiring, may food packs sila pero magpapa quote ka, depende sa ulam na gusto mo.

Abcd129 - I checked filterpan. Ok naman sis, maganda shots nila sa facebook, saka ang dami nilang overseas ha. May mga foreigner talaga.

I just graduated this July 20! Prayer works  wonders! Never felt a tinge of stress on my wedding day! Compared to what I had from my planning days, I was like in my safe bubble all happy and feeling like a princess. That's what Kutchie made me feel like on my wedding, although people around me are stressed out I didn't even notice a thing. Plus I thought we'll have a bad weather on July but the sun is smiling at us.

Megantaur - congrats sis! share na your SDE! Same tayo, july 25 lang ako, hindi rin umulan ang ganda ng weather, to think na nung 24 ng gabi todo ulan with kidlat pa. Also felt the same thing, wala akong stress nung kasal, as in let it go!!! Si groom nakakatawa, groomzilla sya. Ang bilis ma stress. haha.

Booked most of our suppliers, ask ko lang kung meron pa ba kaming kulang hehe.
Next year pa naman wedding namin, pero gusto ko makumpleto na namin suppliers this september sa bridal fair, para at least wala na kami masyado aalalahanin.
