mrs_kitti - Mark Brides yung friend ko, wala naman syang complain so far, pero 4 months daw tatahiin. yun lang nabanggit nya.

kaitlynmischa - thank you sis! Dangwa Florist ang stylist ko, kasi they are cheap talaga as in bagsak presyo lalo na pag nasa bridal fair ka, tapos I booked them 2 weeks before the wedding lang.

got married this year. For crew meal, in our case we paid 250php per meal for those who opted for an allowance instead of food.
For those who did not push for cash allowance. We bought 100pesos jollibee breakfast meal and for lunch we ordered crew meals from the caterer which is around 450pesos if i remember it correctly.

you may want to add to your budget the bottled waters for the suppliers and your family members

Mga sis, ask ko lang ilan head ang meron sa videographer at photo nyo? nakalagay kasi sa contact na 4 lang so total of 8 but when i head count and asked them umabot si photo is 8 and video is 8 so total of 16? ganun ba talaga un... dami pala wala pa HMUA and etc.. huhuhuhu

^Crew meals usually range from 150-250 (with bottled water) each, depende sa menu na pipiliin mo. Pero if you know someone who can cook well and repack nalang for you tapos gagayahin nalang yung menu na inooffer ng iba on a cheaper price syempre mas tipid. This is what I plan to do by the way hehe.

^i considered the idea of magpapaluto for lunch during preps But I think 150php w/o delivery fee na or ordering at restaurants or fast food chain below 150 is sulit na... Kesa Ma hassle pa yung magprepare or in my case, if makikiusap ako sa Iba, I'll give them fee din tapos di Pa ako sure Kung masarap  pero I guess  it depends Kung anong priorities Naten

haha this is well said..naisip ko din un, un mag rerequest pa ba ako for someone to cook.. kase kung relatives naman. sympre guests ko din sila and ayoko sila ma hassle. kung relatives naman ng hubby or h2b lol mas ayoko mag request. not that ma pride ako. pero sympre ayoko ng hassle.
example: 7AM dapat may breakfast na. Kung nagluluto ilan pax ang iluluto nya like 30pax? anong oras sya dapat nag start magluto? pano un preparation naka microwavable ba or naka paper plates? naka styro? and then cost din un di ba..pero like what nikkipedia said, depends on our priorities.

ako kase ang katwiran ko that time, ano pang igaganda ko or i smile ko kung puro mental calculation and worries like sa food distribution/program sa reception ang nasa isip ko hehe.. un sa breakfast namin mejo may delay nga un delivery. (hahaha OC lang kase na i timeline ko na mga bagay bagay e) pero as i had observed mas naging masigla un suppliers matapos maka breakfast kahit pa subo subo lang hehe

ganyan talaga hehe.. samin dati, pati drivers nun HMUA and photo and video ibinilang na din sa crew meals haha.. though di naman natin obligasyon na isama un drivers nila sa bilang hehe

30pax ang crew meal namin for breakfast. to give you an idea

Usually, nakalagay naman sa contract ng suppliers how many of them you need to provide crew meals or if how much crew meal allowance you would have to give them kung di ikaw ang bibili ng meal nila. To make sure, double check with them and also ask ilang meals per head ang iproprovide mo, lunch and dinner ba or dinner lang? Malaki din chunk ng budget talaga napupunta sa crew meals kaya mas matipid kung ikaw magpprovide instead of giving them cash na usually 250 and above na nakikita ko na nakaindicate sa mga contracts. We have a total of 31 suppliers and we will be providing 18 lunches and 31 dinner meals for them. Sa preps nga pala dalawang group yung kakain ng meals nyan, yung suppliers and the rest, which is, kayo ni h2b at family, entourage and other friends na nandun sa preps venue so don't forget to include that in the budget too hehe..

Mga sis thanks sa advise. Nakalagay kasi sa cobtract sis kung ilan silang videographer at photographer ang dadating da wedding namin, un nga lang ng nag ask na ako e doble pala sila kasi 4 lang tapos naging walo na so total of 16. Nakalagay din sa contract ang food allowance if naisip namin na hindi kami mag provide ng food.
Last question mga sis, naka indicate kasi na 2 meals ang ibibigay namin but most of our suppliers will come early around 8am probably so i guess we will provide 3 meals na? Tama ba or stick to 2 meals only? Sorry i know i shouln't be so mabilang it's just that ang dami pala nila sooobrrraa na pakakainin.. hehe.. 😂😂😂

^Just stick to 2 meals but make sure there are available snacks in your preps area.  Some sandwiches or pastries, chips, and juice are fine:)

prettylove - Brunch na yon sis.  So 2 meals lang. What I did para sa mga early suppliers, as a compliment na din kasi maaga sila, may ni ready akong 3 in 1 coffee and paper cups syempre, biscuit,  bread, big water din and plastic cups. Anything they can eat lang pag nagutom. Naubos naman, hehe.

Sa order, namahalan kasi ako sa 150/meal. kasi I have 60pax suppliers, yung iba 2 meals, yung iba 1 meal lang. So nasa 100 meals yun. So aabot kame P15,000. Budget ko 10k lang.

Another option namen. Sa Carinderia. Nag tanong na kame, P35 per meal, 1 ulam 1 rice. 2 ulam kame so P70 lang per meal. Advance order lang. Ayun kaya na ng budget. Tapos we will pay them nalang for delivery charge.

Nag change lang ng plan kasi may nagpresinta mag luto, may kakilala daw yung tita ni hubby. Wala din naman naging problem samen.

Pero kung walang nag presinta magluto, we will get the one from carinderia, kakilala din naman kasi taga don lang samen.
