I would like to know kung sino na nakapag try nito?
I am doing a feasibility study about this. I talked to one of the person inviting me to put up an investment for this along Calamba or Subic..

Thinking about this because the contract is for 8 years though they provided me information and presented it well... I am  still undecided if Ill pursue it or not.

Can anyone help me or provide feedback if possible?

Hmmm.... though hindi pa naman ako decided, still thinking pa talaga..
