1. I'm using Ph care priva everyday and betadine twice a week naman.

Safe for preggos daw ito.

Mga sis how about sa hair?

Hehe

Hi sissies, newbie in this thread :)

Share ko [textspeak!], for my face i use celeteque as advised ni OB, it acts as moisturizer and water based.
Lately kasi nagdry [textspeak!] skin ko due to the weather. I find it ok naman so far.

Sa body naman, [textspeak!] J&J na milk (blue cover) and palmer's body butter para sa tummy, nipple area and others pa. :)

sis try to check for organic antibacterial soaps or ask your derma or ob for recommendations.
not sure about what safeguard product you're using pero yung bar soaps nila may triclocarban. yes, antibac sya pero studies have shown that it may be harmful to your baby. other ingredients to check and avoid are triclosan & salicylic acid which are common ingredients sa anti-pimple/antibac products so make sure to always check the label.

then lactacyd, yung protect na pink for feminine wash.

Hi sis,

Sakto yung thread na to because nagiisip din ako about hygiene. 14 weeks preggy here.

1. For the face, I use cetaphil and moisturizer lang. Sobrang nagddry ang skin ko eh. As much as possible, no make up, lip balm lang. Huhuh.

2. I use panty liners everyday kasi mas wet ang pakiramdam ko ngayon pag wala. Lactacyd din ako for fem wash every since pero I might switch to gynepro.

3. I switched to Dove shampoo.

Sobrang guilty ako dito and I stopped immediately when I read this thread. Daily kase although in a very small amount I am using serum whitening pati [textspeak!] pang cleanse ng face na ponds [textspeak!] pink to close the pores. Natakot ako.. I am now on my 22 weeks sana hindi pa late. I bought yesterday cetaphil na rin for facial wash.

I switched to some Human nature products since nalama ko pregnant ako. Shampoo, Conditioner, Soap, Shower Gel and Fem Wash. Pang alternate ko Dove soap, conditioner.

Still looking for a facial wash, moisturizer and body lotion though. I'm still using my HGs, hinde sila organic. I will try the Human nature body lotion but for facial wash & moisturizer nagaalangan ako, tried and tested for years na kasi yung mga gamit ko, Hinde naman sila whitening products kaya medyo feeling ko safe pa

For my hands and feet, safeguard white pa din gamit ko.

ok pa rin bang mag makeup? i still put on some makeup about 3x a week. I make sure naman to wash my face thoroughly by end of the day.
