mga sis magoopen na this june 16 shanghai disneyland actually this day june 16...for december itenerary in shanghaior 10 days ano marerecommend nyo if travelling with kids and seniors?...aside of course sa Disneyland? parang wala na kasi mapuntahan dun...ayaw ng seniors sa beijing sobrang ginaw daw kasi on december..

Well meron naman mga landmarks and tourists spots but not that much kasi city yun.. Winter din so given na na malamig May malapit sa Shanghai na ice sculptures though.

According to announcements, june 16 nga sya officially open. Pero I saw some videos taken May 2016, since soft opening, so mukhang operational na talaga.

I am a lil skeptical about Shanghai's disneyland. Considering talagang susugod ako sa Pure chinese country, ang pila dun malamang deadma. And sana, hindi dirty everywhere.

This Sept, we are braving the Beijing leg for Autumn. Bahala na makahalubilo sila. Sorry. Ang racist ng dating ko. Pero, sa dinami dami ng bad experiences ko internationally pag kasama mga Chinese. Oh my. I just couldnt imagine myself going there. But hey.. We will na. So, goodluck.

And, pag OK naman ang Shanghai DL, next year target namin yan. Just to complete our Asian DL experience. Goodluck sa December Shanghai ninyo sis, extreme winter daw yun.

P.S. Sana hindi totoo na Chinese mismo ang naninira ng mga barriers sa DL. Daming news na since nag soft open sila, super baboy na daw ng Disneyland. Sana hoax lang yun.

parang hindi nag enjoy mga anak ko sa shanghai. wala kase tourist spots.
bukod sa marbles at tea factory wala na iba. glad to know na meron na Disneyland.

buti na lang nagpapicture kami sa harap ng hotel bago kami naglibot,
nung bumalik kami nahirapan kaming instruct sa taxi driver, ipinakita namin yung picture hayun nasundan naman ng driver

superrrrrr haba siguro pila dito... and no offense, pero mainland chinese are kinda known for um, being rough around the edges. I have several friends who are Chinese (Singaporean, Malaysian, etc) and sa kanila nanggaling mismo na "classless" daw taga Mainland

Deadma siguro sa kanila yung pila. Kung uso ang fast pass or express tickets dun na lang siguro.

And yes, puro daw spit and yung first day daw ng soft opening, sira daw agad yung mga landscapes kasi dinadaan daanan and yung iba, pinapa wiwi na lang kung saan saan ang mga bata.

wow puro nega ang feedback hehe why not may possibility naman talaga na ganun pero sabi ng iba na iba na daw ang main city ng china like beijing and shanghai compare sympre sa provinces dun nd progressive na nga sila since they are now one of the top country in the world yun speed train/bullet train nila ganda daw and bilis..hmm pero pagdating sa food trip ok daw ata like ther is one pecking restaurant ...so far eto palang nababasa ko na pwede puntahan

-side city tour in huangzhou (the west lake- ganda daw ng scenery )
-side city tour in suzhou (the water canal)

parang di maganda review dito sa Disney Shanghai. madami ko nabasa na article na madumi nga, may mga nagpoops at wiwi kung san san.  Sayang malapit pa naman kaysa sa dumayo pa sa US or Europe. Mukhang HK at Tokyo pa rin ang pupuntahan.

The Bund and Oriental Pearl TV Tower lang pinuntahan ni hubby. Lagi niya kinakainan yungShanghai Akasantei, eat all you can teppanyaki and yakinuku restaurant, 10 minutes away lang sa hotel (Renaissance Shanghai Yangtze Hotel).

We were there 2 weeks ago. Nagpunta kami sunday grabe dami tao! Hindi ko na enjoy. Umuulan pa. Kaya wala pa 3pm umalis na kami disney.

I saw a video - Crowd Culture in Shanghai Disney and it was shocking
Caught on this video were some guys smoking inside the park at the castle area. While smoking should not be permitted, I have read that it it worst at Paris Disney.

We were in Shanghai last month and since summer sobra init. Went to Disneyland and noticed that hindi pa complete mga rides. Walang Space Mountain at Small World. Main attraction nila yung TRON. Grabe, may mga sumisingit pa sa line. We had to shout at them and told them to fall in line.Also, may mga sculper na binebenta yung fast pass tickets ng CNY100 or around Php700/ticket, and take note yung mga mismong nagtratrabaho sa Disneyland magbebenta sa yo. They offered us but we declined and nag wait na lang ng 2 hours just to ride the TRON.

I was also not impressed in the fireworks display in Shanghai Disneyland. Much much better yung other Disneyland that I have been to (Europe na lang di ko napupuntahan).

Hindi naman madumi Disneyland, it's the people who are making it look dirty. Like yung mga tao, nakaupo sa floor at the castle, sa labas din ng CR nakaupo sila sa floor, ang duming tingnan. One thing I've noticed also ay yung mga halaman, mukha nga syang nasira ng opening kasi parang mga bagong tanim na yung halaman, like yung figure ni Mickey Mouse sa main entrance.

We enjoyed shopping sa Nanjing Pedestrian Street since our hotel (Radisson Blu) is very near this place. We also went up Shanghai Tower (2nd tallest tower in the world). Ang bilis ng elevator in 55 seconds asa 118th Floor kana. A great view of Shanghai from the tower, you will noticed that they have great urban planning.

Hirap ding communication sa Shanghai since majority do not speak English. It was a good thing that I've asked my Chinese friend to write on a sheet of paper some of the commonly used words and have it written in Chinese (e.g. How much is this?, Where is the restroom?, rice,water, etc) We jus show the paper so they can understand us.

This was suppose to be in our Disneyland list. We promised our kiddo that he will visit all Disneyland like what his dad had experienced when he was a younger. Since this is the newer one, we included this. But a friend of mine went there and he said his family cant stand the mainlanders. E.g. Cutting from lines, spitting eventhough you're standing beside them, pushing etc. no discipline at all. As he narrated what they experienced, we decided to cross this one off our list. It's fine that we wont visit Shanghai anyways. Maybe Tokyo na lang next namin after HK disneyland.

Been to Shanghai twice and I plan to revisit because of Shanghai Disneyland pa naman, but with all the negative reviews here might have to think twice.

Was  in Shanghai last October and I loved it sobrang ganda, regarding the negative reviews I think the secret to visiting china is to avoid the crowds talaga. locals from Beijing and Shanghai  are pretty educated and decent naman but if you follow the crowd of tourist sa tourist spots they are usually from the countryside and are the ones na mejo as they say undisciplined.

I was shocked as to how advance SH is specially the CBD. And Im also lucky I have local friends in SH and BJ so they knew where to go to avoid the crowds and where the local favorite spots are.
Disneyland sobrang ganda din we were lucky konti lang mga tao so we queued for the rides ng 10 to 15minutes thanks to the fast pass.

Hindi naman kami naka experience ng hindi maganda dito. Though nagkasakit kasi kami pagdating namin sa Shanghai so para lang hindi masayang ticket we still went to Disneyland, 3pm na kami dumating. Hindi na rin kami nag-rides. People watching, sight seeing lang and fireworks. Holy week kami pumunta.
