may nirefer saken na ob/sonologist at 800 daw ang ultrasound nila kaso sa congressional pa and baka mas gusto mo ng south-based.
my current ob is an ob/sonologist din pero since covered pa ng hmo ang check-ups sinusulit ko pa lalo na mabait naman si doktora kase everytime may check up ako sinisilip nya din sa ultrasound si baby para i-check tapos wala ng dagdag na bayad.

Either makati or qc area sis. Saan ang ob/sono sa congressional? And who is your current ob? Ang galing naman lagi nasisilip si baby every check up 😀

Newbie here! Registered as a member to be able to talk to soon-to-be moms like myself. I'm just 5 weeks on the way pa lang and my expected date of delivery is on March 17.

^ halos sabay tayo sis March 19,2017 naman ako. Ano na na feel mo sis? Ako kase hindi makatulog sa gabi. Sa hapon sumasama ang pakiramdam ko pero pag umaga normal ako. Hindi pa rin ako masyado nag crave sa food.

I'm on my 15 weeks of pregnancy pero eto too early para mag bed rest. Ang sakit sa katawan pag nakahiga ka lang buong araw.

Sobrang nakakabore walang magawa. Pero dahil dito magging safe si baby keri lang.

hello.. im on my 10th week na. the bump is still small pero sobra ang acid reflux ko esp in the afternoon to evening. :-( this is my first baby, so still reading a lot to gain more knowledge. praying for our babies' good health!

hello fellow moms-to-be! I'm 15w6d pregnant, and due date is on Jan 6, 2017.

^^ako din acid reflux from lunch until before i sleep. I tried eating crackers and smaller meals pero nothing helps. On my next visit to my OB i will ask if i can take Calcium Tums. Hindi ko na talaga kaya and I read the Tums work for pregnant women.

I take Tums too. I can't say it does wonders but it helps a bit, just to put me at ease. I only take it when I feel that I need a "good night of sleep" kasi minsan, kahit patulog na ako parang bothered pa rin ako sa acid reflux. Ask your OB, baka it will work for you.

I askedmy OB about it and okay sa kanya ang Tums. Wala syang sinabi na bawal except wag daw kumain ng maraming kanin. Gaaaah!

Im 5weeks 4days and i still cant get a good night sleep. I always wake up around 4 or 5 am. Just last night nag vomit na ako, ang hirap huhuhu. Iniisip ko na lang para kay baby magtitiis ako. Nakaka feel ako ng sobrang antok after lunch. Food cravings wala pa rin. no sensitive smell. My boobs are super painful, ayoko na mag bra.

Count me in! Currently at 8 weeks, due date is on March 11. Haay, wala akong ginawa everyday kundi humiga the whole day because I feel so lethargic and kain lang ng kain kasi lagi akong gutom. Para akong patabaing baboy.

Im on my 9th week today, grabe ang morning sickness ko, it got worse. Halos hindi na ako makakain bec i throw it up lang din. Hindi na ako nakapasok sa work dahil kelangan nasa cr ako lagi. Sometimes i feel like hindi ko na kaya, but since this is for my baby, konting tiis lang at matatapos na ang first trimester. Lagi lang ako pray for strength that im doing this for a healthy baby.

Joining in! Im currently on my 14th week. My EDD is January 24 2017. This is my second baby. My first daughter is turning 7 years old. Big age gap kaya parang new ulit especially lahat ng nararamdaman ko ngayon is different from my first pregnancy. I'm currently here abroad and will deliver in the Philippines. Going home this September kasi hanggang 6 months lang ako pwede magtravel. Natatakot nga ako e lalo na sa mga turbulence, 9 hours flight from here to Pinas.

7th week ko na pero ibang iba ito sa first pregnancy ko, grabe ang morning sickness, kain then throw up, sobrang antukin ko din at ang sakit ng boobs ko.. Praying for healthy and easy pregnancy for us ladies!

13 weeks now with my second baby. Malaki age gap with my first (almost 12 yrs) so parang bago/panganay ulit.

Thankfully, got through the first trimester with relative breeze save for a few days na may morning sickness. This week, I plan on walking around the village and doing yoga poses more regularly to prevent excessive weight gain. Sa last check-up ko kasi 7 lbs na agad ang gain ko so sabi ni OB hinay-hinay daw sa pagkain. Hirap gawin kasi maya't maya ako nagugutom. Hehe.

Which hospital do you girls plan to give birth in?

If I could only give birth sa pinas, I would. Mas maalaga sa pinas eh and you have more options. Kaso mahal umuwi at manganak.
