This morning I got a message from one of my patients, early pregnant din sya about 6-7 weeks by last menstruation, weakly positive sya 3 days ago..

And today, she got her menses. I told her it might be a Chemical pregnancy.

Shes still on Duphaston, as we all know it has dual purpose. So we'll see. Update ko kayo. Sana magstick.

Praying for my lil one here. Please. Just stick yourself.

Alam nio yung counting the days till first trimester is over. hehe.

Aww. Wawa naman patient mo sis. Sana light spotting lang un. Meron kasi ako nakita na ivf patient sa ig. 9 weeks na sya pero continuous pa din spotting nya. Ok naman daw baby nya.

Pag gusto ko mag mall nakawheelchair ako lols. Pag sa church naman kaya ko maglakad. Tsaka nakakapag drive pa ako medyo malapit na nga lang yung manibela sa tyan ko hehe.

Di na ako nagpa BHCG, naisip ko papambili ko na lang ng Milk for baby yung pampa labs ko. Hindi din naman mawawala ang anxiety ko whatever the result. Pati TVS. I am refraining myself from subjecting into super early TVS.

Pinapakiramdaman ko naman mga symptoms, as longg as I feel well.. No need to panic.

Minsan nagkaka wisyo din ako ng maayos. Hahaha!

Good job sis! Ako daming tvs simula 4 weeks 4 days, 5 weeks 4 days, 6 weeks 2 days, 6 weeks 4 days at 6 weeks 6 days and so on. Kasi nga akala ni doc blighted ovum dahil maliit sac ko. Nagpapa utz pa ako sa hi precision pwera pa sa machine ng ob ko. Adik lang. Di talaga ako mapakali nun sis. Iyak kasi ako ng iyak. Buti nabuo sya.

Ganyan din ako last pregnancy. Eh nakakadagdag lang ng stress. Baka this time, pag mas kalmado ako, matuloy na talaga. Pak.

Naalala ko lang yung BBT thermometer and yung 1 book na pina ship ko from US.. Sa katapusan pa ang dating. hehe.

Mga inoorder ko ngayon sis, puro maternity dresses na. Bakit ba. Push lang. Hahaha.

Si doc kasi masyadong praning. Siguro para maraspa agad kung kailangan. Pero ok din kasi maaga nadetect na kailangan ko na pala talaga mag insulin. Yung iba kasi patapos na ang second trimester pag pinapacheck yung sugar.

Normal dresses lang binili ko sis pero yung mas malaking size sa akin hehe. Kunwari dati ako medium to large, bumili ako mga XL.

Tapos sa mga panty naman 2XL binili ko hahahahaha.

Pero ako. Kasabay na ng first batch ng kuha nf blood. Para sigurado. Lalo't may history na may DM sa family. First trimester pa lang, bawal na ang mga simple sugar. Mahirap na. Ako may history din sa family, buti na lang since TTC period ko, nakasanayan ko na ang lifestyle change. Eto. Tinutuloy tuloy ko na lang din. Sana magderederecho na healthy eating. Alanganin ako mag exercise eh. After first trimester na lang siguro. hehe.

6. Message/Tips for those still TTC
Have your hubby checked din umpisa palang ng ttc journey as it would save time, money and effort. Kami kasi 2 yrs ttc na when we found out na may issue din kay hubby, so parang back to square 1. Saka iba talaga pag kasama ang hubby during check ups para pareho nyong naiintindihan orders ng OB hence mas magiging successful din ang journey nyo. 😊 Dito lang kami sa 4th OB naging religious sa pagsunod ng orders. My previous OB would say na mag bakasyon kami kaso hirap magleave sa work and hindi ko masyado gusto approach nya kaya during our workup with Doc Israel, I avoided travel (including commute to and from work kasi malayo office ko), household chores saka stairs during fertile period as she suggested. Re symptoms, wala ako masyado maishare kasi I thought magkakamens na ako nun. Napansin ko lang na more than a week ng sore ang boobs ko, eh usually after a week lang dumadating na si AF. Also nahihilo ako sa umaga on my way to work eh hindi naman ako ganon so ayun, nag PT ako pero hindi ko talaga inexpect kasi sa dami ba naman ng nagamit kong PT na laging BFN. 😊 Add ko lang din, stay away from stress. And syempre Pray, hope and don't worry. 😊 Huwag mawalan ng pag asa, fight lang ng fight kasi minsan binibigay yan when we least expect it or kung kelan parang pa give up na tayo (gaya ko noon). Kapit lang mga sis, aja! 😉

6. Message/Tips for those still TTC: When me and my hubby were trying to conceive, I tried jucing vegetables lang (not fruits as its sugar din kasi). I included carrots, kale, ginger, celery and pipino. then twice a day ako umiinom ng braggs apple cider vinegar. Kasi just after our wedding nag-pacheck up ako and found out that I was polycistic and may myoma ako 6cmX7cm (medyo malaki na din). Natakot ako so i researched what i needed to do agad hoping na magiging ok. I went doing natural muna. so ayun juicing then 1 tbs apple cider twice a day then folic acid 2 months before getting pregnant. I also enrolled sa gym and did basic yoga sa bahay lang. after 1 month of juicing and apple cider and 5 days of gym pa lang and yoga, i found out na pregnant na ko. I dont know if may effect yung mga ginawa ko but i did my best and disciplined myself that time kasi we really wanted to have a child na. I also prayed sa Baclaran together with my hubby every wednesday. I prayed and wished to Mama Mary, Sto. Nino, Padre Pio, St. Gerard and to God. I think it helped the most yung prayers and self discipline. Naging medyo maselan ako magbuntis because of my myoma which is pushing the baby down daw. so I was prescribed by my ob to take duphaston and duvadillan all throughout my pregnancy (i think dapat sa other thread na to ) So ayun. Now we have a bouncing baby boy. He is turning 5 months old now

Hi sis cheesecakes! Kay Dr. Manalo din ako. 1 cycle of iui lang preggy agad at like you I have to take Duphaston at Duvadilan buong pregnancy plus Crinone/Utrogestan. Saan ka nanganak and when? Tsaka how much na din? Sa nov ang due date ko

^^wow. Congrats! nice same pala tayo ng doctor. ask ko lang, ano yung iui? oo sis, all throughout talaga yung pag take ko nung mga meds na yan na nabanggit mo. Sa Asian Hospital ako nanganak last April 1 lang sa baby boy ko hindi kasi package yung saken e. i think walang package si dra. 400k inabot sis. I don't know baka dahil sinabay na din ang pagtanggal ng myoma. saan mo plan manganak?
