TTC: Tracking ovulation

Starting a thread for those who are actively trying for a baby who want to track or are currently religiously tracking their OV day. Please post how you're tracking it, what are your symptoms, what CD are you in when you ovulated and other tips you want to share about OV. Knowing your OV day will help you know when the perfect time for BD is. Baby dust, mga sis!

was TTC last july.. as per my OB, count 10days after ng first day ng period tapos un ang start ng ovulation. so dapat may contact kayo nun tapos skip a day, tapos contact ulit, repeat lang ng 2 weeks na ganyan. dapat may rest day sa pagitan. OB made a list of dates ng ovulation for us based sa period ko, ganyan lang sya. am now 28weeks pregnant. hopefully ikaw rin sis

we are doing in a natural method. So far wala naman advice ang ob since less than 35 years old palang kami.

Tracking down of may mens for 6 months already pero yun lang ang data ko. Sabi lang ng ob is ika 12-14 days mag try.

Last month, my OV is on CD12. I am tracking it using OPKs and BBT charting. However nasa Bicol si hubby ng mga araw na yan.

sis ano ibig sabihin ng opks and bbt charting?

^OPK is Ovulation Predictor Kit sis. It detects LH surge, which is present pag magoovulate tayo. Parang PT din siya.

Then BBT charting is recording yung temperatures. Pagbiglang tumaas temp mo, ibig sabihin nagovulate ka. But temperatures must be taken the moment you wake up.

had my tvs last friday tapos may nakita na mature follicle. So nagstart kami mag try. Pano ko malalaman kung nakabuo na kami? Pwede na ba mag pt or I have to wait pa?

Not sure if OT -

TTC for 9 months.. my cycle is long which i think is the reason why hirap namin hulihin yung OV ko.  I had my TVS and pap smear, results are good.  Yung cycle ko before was always 40-45 days, ok lang daw basta consistent but recently bigla nag-iba naging 50 days ako last Aug then I hadn't had my period since. Negative naman yung PT ko.

Anybody here na nakaexperience din?  scared of whats wrong.. pero I need to do a blood test to check if I have problem with my thyroid daw
