Hi Ladies!

I'm not sure if we have a similar thread, but I just would like to know if some of you also juggle jobs?
I work as an editor for my day job but I'm also a freelance writer on the side. With my expenses plus my dream retirement (made worse by our ugly tax system), I realized I can't make it by relying on my salary alone. My raket is sakto lang, just enough to pay the rent. But it's still a good extra income.

How about you? Any tips/struggles/thoughts? Go, share!

Hi sis.  I'm juggling three jobs right now. Started out this year lang.  After I finished with my job of four years last December, parang atat ako mag work uli and i-fill up lahat ng oras ko. 

I'm awake from 5:30am to 11pm Mondays to Fridays.  That comprises three jobs, two of which is home-based and one office based (four hours in the office)  (Ewan ko lang until when ko ito kaya hahah!

Besides that, pinag tutulungan pa namin  ng husband ko yung daughter namin (buti isa lang siya heheh!) during the day.  (no yaya, no maid) Grabe. Kayod kabayo lang

Grabe, salute!  Buti keri nyo pa rin kahit walang maid. Sabagay, yung sweldo for the maid could be spent on something else. 

I'm also awake from 5:30 to 11pm. Nagpapa-pass na ako sa lakad kapag Friday nights kasi I'd rather work on my raket (writing kemerloo). Hindi kasi talaga enough yung sweldo galing sa day job kaya kelangan kayoooood.

Ako din, 2 jobs. Full time in a consulting firm tapos nagtuturo din pag saturdays. Iniisip ko na kumuha din ng online job para meron akong trabaho ng gabi kahit mga 2-3 hours lang ng Mon - Thurs.
Medyo hanap hanap muna ulit sa Upwork o kaya kung swertehin na makakuha ng online tutorial na sarili ko.
Agree ako na mahirap umasenso dito dahil sa crappy tax system natin. Kahit 2-3 jobs, mahirap pa din. Sabayan pa ng commute na sobrang hassle, wala ka na talagang
time para rumaket kasi at least 2 hours kang nasa loob ng sasakyan.

Eto at triple kayod ako kahit preggy, kasi hubby has no work at the moment and OFW ako kaya sipag sa paghahanap ng additional income. May full time job ako and I sell shoes and bags on the side. Nagsosource ako sa country kung saan ako based. Recently, I tried online work pero yung mga project based lang. I also teach doodling and drawing whenever I am in the Philippines. I intend to keep my online job at gawing regular source of income na din para sa mabilis na pagiipon for the baby.

Ako I currently have two roles in the company I'm working for. Ok naman ang sahod pero ang laki ng tax ko. Parang kailangan pa rumaket para makabawi. Hopefully may mahanap at sana kayanin pa!

I have a day job tapos nagoonline selling din pero panaka naka ang benta. Mystery shopper if may assignments. Then nagsasideline din ng pagluto ng food or resell ng sweets and gluta.

Isa rin akong online raketera. Currently juggling Upwork, full time VA sa 2 other bosses, and part time sa 2 other companies. May online English tutoring acct pa ko sa isang company pero binitawan ko na. Active rin ako sa mystery shopping Kailangan ko talaga multiple rakets sa panahong ito especially yung ibang work ko contractual lang-- walang forever haha.

Natry ko i-mix ang chat support night shift work nung wala pa kong VA job. 10pm-6am yung work ko sa chat support. Bitbit ko yung laptop ko pag pasok (may locker naman). Car pooling kasi kami ng husband ko noon since same area office so before 9pm andun na ko in time for his shift. Work work muna sa online raket then after shift, work ulit habang hinihintay na masundo nya. Almost 2 months kinaya ko naman buti weekends off rin dun ako bumabawi. Umalis lang ako kasi bumalik yung isang boss ko online, tsaka may nabook na kong trip abroad (wala pa kong leave credits that time). Ayoko pa sana iwan yung work kasi masaya pala sa office (first out of the bahay job ko sya) plus napamahal pa wave mates ko sakin.

Ang buong araw ko nakaschedule na from gising to tulog, pati time for my kids and hubby. 8AM start ng araw ko (dapat ends at 11pm, pero FB galore ako minsan kaya di nasusunod lol). Lahat ng tasks ko for each boss nililista ko sa notebook ko every day, then nakalagay rin sa Reminders app. Ang Calendar app ko lagi ring nakaalarm. Categorized yung tasks according rin sa urgency, kakayanan kong bilisan, and deadline. Minsan, dalawang computer pa gamit ko (kasi naman need ng screenshots si Upwork).

Philippine holidays and weekends off ako sa full time VA work so may time ako with the fam and to do the weekly Pokehunt with my husband haha.

Ako I have regular job, that's mon-fri work in the office, then although hindi naman as regular as compared sa ibang nag-post dito, tumatanggap din ako ng sidelines. ginagawa ko sya pagdating bahay after office then and weekends. Then nung bumili kami ng bahay ni hubby, medyo nahirapan kami sa gastos kaya nag-apply din ako as part-time cad instructor. That's 8 hours every Saturday.  pero after four years nag-resign na ako as cad instructor, nakaka-stress din kasi. So bale office nalang ako now pero pag may time or medyo tempting talaga yung offer na sideline kasi malaki kita tinatanggap ko, pero pag sakit lang ng ulo hindi ko kinukuha.
masaya rin naman pag nakatapos ng isang project, additional income syempre, pero nakakapagod din.

gusto ko din ng extra income, online job sana. pero hindi ko alam saan magsisimula. unang una waley ako experience. so hindi ko talaga alam pasikot-sikot sa mundo ng online job.

i'm not good sa pagbebenta ng kung ano-ano,ewan ko ba pero hindi kasi ako magaling mag sales talk. saka mahirap maningil pagdating ng bayaran.

^ako din sis gusto ko sana mag online job. Sana may mag share dito pano mag start sa online jobs.  Or kung may thread na na ganon, pa share naman mga sis.

ako din sana magka online job as sideline. as of now, selling ang sideline ko, on and offline pero mas may buyers ako offline.

1am-9am for a Canadian Telco (homebased)
3am-9am research and data entry for a US account (homebased)
VA din sa isang client ko pa through Upwork, 40hrs per week din to pero flexible yung oras, so I can login anytime I want.

I do online selling pa hehe kayod para sa ekonomiya!

Count me in sissies hehe, 4 online jobs. 3 flexi time kaya napapagsabay sabay kaso yun 2 dun 6 months contract lang kaya naghahanap pa ulit ako ng iba hehe. The more the merrier😊

I have a full time job (8 hours) pero shifting ang schedule at rest day ko kaya mejo hirap kumuha ng sideline na strict din sa schedule.

I sell offline: laundry detergent and fabcon. Pag summer, gumagawa ako ng ice candy. Kahit paano nakakatulong pambayad sa bills.

I have full time job and rumaraket ako sa pagbebenta ng perfumes, damit , preloved stuff and soon naman lotions.. hahaha Mahirap pero nag-eenjoy ako..

this thread is a good read. kailangan ko ito these days at sahm na naman ako. although may work si hubby and earning well gusto ko productive din ako at may sariling income. i did online selling and food business in the past at okay naman sya nageenjoy ako. enjoy ako sa selling siguro this time mag concentrate ako don more on sa pagiging supplier this time ang hirap kasi ng patingi-tingi na pagbebenta. saka ipaparegister ko na sa DTI at BIR malaking tulong din kasi yon in the long run ikaw pa oofferan ng business loan for expansion ng mga financial institutions.

SAHM here , have 3 full time VA jobs, thankfully napagsabay ko naman sila, and also 2 part time (2hrs lang), also doing real estate on the side, and thinking of getting into tour packages since we have our past and existing car rental clients ..  I super love my job, mas na enjoy ko siya after I lost my first homebased job, then I began searching and I was not only given one, but 3! they are also not that toxic so its really a blessing in disguise, I also learned to value and appreciate my jobs more
