sana nga may mag share sis, working kasi ako, etong employer ko ngayon may agency, cooperative na sya ngayon, ang start sya sa 1 employee lang dito samin, ngayon 300 na, milyon na binabayad namin sa kanya every billing niya.

naiinis nga ako kasi naririnig ko mga employees namin na under ng agency nito, dami daw kaltas sa sahod nila, samantalang sa billing nila kala mo perfect magpasahod sa empleyado. tapos mga pinapadala ditong mga tao mga pasaway, may mga magnanakaw pa pero ilang years na kahit madami complain mga tao di naman pinapalitan ng company tong agency na to..dami findings sa audit like late mag remit ng SSS, noong agency pa,  grabe di ko to gagayahin pag may sarili na kong agency.

We have an international manpower agency. started from scratch talaga kasi we did not know any employer, ang POEA pa naman they are requiring 100 virgin job orders (virgin as in the company dapat first time to get filipino workers) to be deployed in 1 year. so super harassed talaga. Thankfully, we were able to comply pero ang experience namin is sakit sa ulo ang mga workers. sobra. tipong aalis pagdating dun puro reklamo then they will refuse to work, pagdating dito sisingilin ang agency ng unused portion of the contract at marami pang iba ibang scenarios. Unlike other business wherein you can control your product, this one, your product is the worker. at hindi mo hawak ang utak nya. pag interview lahat yan magagaling at matitino pero pag nandun na iba na ang mangyayari. sorry bitter [textspeak!] talaga pero minsan kasi ginagawa nalang gatasan ang mga agency. to those who would want to put up a manpower agency, siguro think ten times na muna

yes we are still operational, we have met POEA's requirement naman. As I have said lang, masakit sa bangs kasi both sides ang problema, problem from the employer and problem coming from the worker na both halos wala kang control.

Our family business is manpower agency (overseas). It has been our bread and butter for 30 years already. My sister now manages it.

We had our ups and downs.. We had our license cancelled several times. If you will put up a company like this, you must be knowledgeable on labor laws. Good thing, my dad is a lawyer so we don't easily succumb to these corrupt government officials. grabe ang DOLE kasi super corrupt.
