^ 800 pesos in Discovery Tours Travel Agency.  Pero bag may travel fair, 500 pesos lang & valid for 1year.  Meaning, you can apply for a tourist visa within a year of paying the visa fee of 500 pesos.

^^Tama si sis Vanity Fair, 500 lang pag travel expos. The last time sa SMX pipilahan ko sana kaso nastuck ako sa pila ng Singapore Air kaya di ko na nabalikan yung sa visa discount.

Mag explanation letter ka na lang. That's what I did since January this year lang ako nagstart sa present company. I submitted COE + letter of explanation why I don't have my current ITR.

I think your itinerary is just about right, lalo na with a big group.

Can't comment for: Imperial Palace + Ameyoko (haven't been on these places)

Medyo packed yung Matsumoto + Nabana No Sato.
How are you traveling to Matsumoto? Tokyo -> Matsumoto -> Nagoya? Parang mas makakamura by that route para hindi balikan. Have your luggage forwarded from Tokyo to your hotel in Nagoya para hindi nyo na dala-dala.

If you take into consideration yung oras, almost 2 hrs and 30mins Tokyo to Matsumoto, then 2 hours travel time from Matsumoto back to Nagoya, tapos another 1hour to get to Nabana No Sato. Alanganin ako dito pag big group.

If you're aiming lang for the light tunnel, okay na to get there around 5pmish? But if papasok kayo ng Begonia Garden (which I recommend, be there by 4pm--but please research until what time sila open this year)

Not sure which pass na masusulit for your itinerary.

Bus po Sana kami from Tokyo to Nagoya kaya naisip ko mag side trip na din sa Matsumoto, almost the same din po ata Ang travel time pag diretso Nagoya? O mas nakakapagod po Yun?

^sorry, di ko pa natry bus going to Nagoya/Matsumoto from Tokyo. Parang hindi sidetrip si Matsumoto kasi sa ibang area siya and medyo malayo siya from Nagoya.

1.  Ano po magandang pass na masusulit namin sa Day 1-3? from airport to willer bus terminal?

2. Masasayang po ba Ang Oras namin Kung bus kami papunta sa Nikko and DisneySea? Sobrang traffic din po ba sa Japan?  Feeling ko po Kasi mas comfortable siya Kasi may kasama kaming mga Bata..

3.  Kung pupunta kami Osaka after DisneySea, dapat dala na po namin mga luggages namin? O pwede pa kami bumalik Asakusa para Kunin amg luggages? San po kami sasakay Ng willer bus?

4. May nakapagtry na po ba Ng ipahotel to hotel Yung luggages? How much po kaya Ang rate from Tokyo to Osaka?

5. Day 4-6, ok lang po ba na magstay kami 1 night sa Osaka and 1 night sa Kyoto o mas ok na sa Kyoto na lang po kami magbase?

^ sa dami ng transfers na gagawin sa trains at may kasama kayong bata, better to take the bus and don't worry about the traffic. Also allot extra time for locating the bus terminals.

Nagsulat ba kayo sa application form or printed it? Also 2x2 ba or 45mm x 45mm sinubmit nyo?

Pwede kaya ako gumawa ng letter stating na my husband would need his passport for work? Para sana marelease agad. Huhu Baka kasi lumagpas ng 5 days, he needs it for work. Lagot ako.

Based sa kwento ng bf ko, mabilis lang. Parang 2 days lang natext na agad siya. Reli sa Megamall yung agency na pinuntahan niya. Same experience kuya ko and his wife, mabilis lang daw, as in nagulat talaga sila na nag-text after a few days.

To be safe sis ipasa mo na agad, or just wait until after the trip of hubby?

^printed lahat ng forms namin, family kami nag apply, kasabay hubby, daughter, sisters and mom ko. We got the travel expo promo so 500 per head lang binayaran namin. No additional fee for ME

Sorry -- but are you sure with this itinerary?
Walang tulog mula Disneysea to Osaka, then tour around Osaka with the Osaka amazing Pass and travel to Kyoto in the afternoon?

I was in my early 20s when I travelled from Tokyo to Kyoto via Bus and although it was Okay-I felt really tired upon reaching Kyoto.

Parang may willer bus from Disney going to Kyoto/Osaka nung nagtravel ako via bus back then. Check the willer bus website.

5. Day 4-6, ok lang po ba na magstay kami 1 night sa Osaka and 1 night sa Kyoto o mas ok na sa Kyoto na lang po kami magbase?

I can't seem to find an Osaka accommodation for your itinerary, if you travel to Kyoto after Osaka Amazing Pass, parang you should spend all your nights na in Kyoto, kesa pabalik balik.

When are your travel dates-parang Autumn, kasi you want to go to Nikko? Tbh, I find traveling to Osaka such a waste of time and energy -- just for the Osaka Amazing Pass.
My advice: Get to Nagoya from Tokyo, mag base sa Nagoya and do a day trip to Kyoto. Skip Arashiyama Bamboo. I researched and Kiyomizudera is still under renovation until 2020. if peak of Autumn - go to Tofukuji, and stroll along Higashiyama.

^ I always buy a travel insurance through the airline or credit cards usually offer travel insurances.
