Insurance Commission Conference with Educ Plan Company

May I have some pointers on how to go about our meeting early this week at the Insurance Commission with the Educ Insurance Company.

We got the Educ Plan  Mar 2006 and finished paying by Sept 2011.  We used mostly checks for monthly payments.  Jun 2012 we paid around 1200php for late payment penalties.

Last year I have called this company bec. I would like to get my certificate of full payment or whatever certificate that I  should get.   The accounting advised me to wait bec. they need to check their records, masyado na daw matagal and mahirap na daw ito hanapin.

Early this year we went to their office and they told me mga balance pa daw is 20-30k.  Wala silang maibigay na statement of account man lang sa akin.

So I asked the help of Insurance Commission and we will have a conference nga.  Pls advise kung ano ang mga possible idiscuss and ano ang rights ko...   Baka maging basis ang time, na lapse ba ang insurance? like dapat maayos na in a certain period of time?
