Babies due on THIRD QUARTER OF 2016 (JULY, AUGUST, SEPTEMBER) - Thread 2

Hi mga sis. I was frustrated at first because I did not have milk until my 4th day postpartum and the hospital where I gave birth even the pediatrician were breastfeeding advocates. So gusto nila latch Lang si baby sa akin they don't want to believe that I have small nipples and baby can't even suck it. So from July 2 @7:04 pm to July 3 @7 am di nakadede anak ko. Kaya bumili na mama ko ng formula for my baby that day. Every time I feed her patago talaga. Then I tried my breastpump still I don't have milk kahit pa nakatodo na.when I got pissed off hearing nurses saying magkakaroon ka rin pa latch mo lang, I showed them my baby while having formula. Sabi ko nlng just tell the pediatrician and I'll be the one to explain. Well, wala naman siya nagawa. Until now I don't have much milk talaga. I'm even taking natalac.  Though I pump twice or thrice a day.

Hello sa mga working moms! Ask ko lang kung kelan niyo plan mag take ng maternity leave? Sayang kasi kung super early diba? hehe

Bukas pa ako makapag decide based sa magiging result ng check up ko, medyo nakakainip na pala talaga kapag nasa 37th week ka na. Tapos si baby pa feeling ko gusto niya na lumabas kapag gumagalaw siya. Hahaha

Ang estimated date ko August 13.  So hanggang hindi pa nangangak at kaya pang pumasok., siguro I'll be at work until August 5.  Ngayon naiisip ko na yung 100 days maternity leave. Sayang!

^ferrerorocher: True sis sobrang sayang talaga yung 100 days na yun. Sana pwede ma-predict ng maaga kung kelan sure na manganganak. Hahahah

sis loidy, my due date is 15 sep, my maternity leave starts 5 sep...i followed my boss' advice - his wife gave birth 10-11 days early in both her pregnancies so he wants to make sure i don't go into labor while in the office...haha!

hi sisses.  wasnt able to go online for a couple of days kasi nanganak na ako. normal ulit and glad na epidural worked wonders this time around.  busy now with baby.  so happy he is here with ua na

sis loidyloids, dilemma ko rin ngayon kung kelan ako magleleave. aug.15 kasi due date ko, 40 weeks yun.
sis ferrerorocher, magkalapit lang pala tayo due date. balak ko rin sana aug.5 ang last day ko sa work kaso pinag-iisipan ko kung mag leave na ko this week.
natatakot kasi family ko na baka abutan ako sa work or while nagcocommute.
nasasayangan kasi ako, pag nagML na ko di na ko ssweldo sa katapusan. haha.
tsaka pano kung abutin pa ko ng 40weeks, 2mos lang ML, mababawasan time ko with baby post partum

survey lang...mga mommies especially first time moms, ilang weeks po ba kayo nung nanganak kayo?

sis aylatskie, tuloy mo lang paglatch ni baby. mas effective yung paglatch sa pagtrigger ng breastmlik. hopefully magkamilk ka na soon para kay baby.
for me, ok lang naman magformula. kasi kung wala talaga breastmilk, kawawa naman si baby kung di sya makakaen.

Sis angelofthemorning, thanks sa tip na nakuha ko sa post mo regarding maternity belt. Nakabili na din ako kanina. Laking ginhawa nga nya. Ilang weeks ka nagstart mag suot nun? I'm from 4th quarter kasi at nakikibasa lang dito sa inyo. 21 weeks palang ako pero un nga may pain in the groin area. Buti nalang nakabili ako nung maternity belt, affordable pa.

macheoc - hi sis! oo nakaleave na ako kaya sa mall or sa grocery lang ako naglalakad lakad. kung minsan nakakatamad kasi ang bigat tapos bilis ko pa mapagod. pero sabi ng friend ko wag daw akong tamad kung ayaw ko raw magaya sa kanya na 12hrs nag labor hehe, naglakad lang daw kasi sya nung dinugo na sya.

loidyloids - 2 weeks before due date usually nag ML, pero ako kasi sis earlier dahil medyo sensitive pregnancy ko, i was always at risk for preterm labor.

emjey - congrats sis!

damonsgirl - hello sis! sa slmc accredited OB ko, not sure kung same rates sila ng BGC, pero ang quote sa akin is 120k up pag normal then 160k up pag CS.

Went to my OB nung Friday, 2cm dilated 60% effaced at station -2 na raw ako. 4:30am na ako nakatulog kasi kagabi panay tigas ng tummy ko, 8mins interval for 3hrs pero walang pain. Around 1:30am meron ako brownish discharge, pero malabnaw sya. This morning naman after ko mag wee, lumabas na mucus plug ko. naglakad lakad uli ako para bumaba pa si baby, pero until now no signs of labor pa. pasulpot sulpot lang na irregular contractions. sana nga tomorrow manganak na ako. #waitinggame

i really prefer ph stores to the ones in sg - you can get stuff that are of great quality but at far cheaper prices! i went to sm department store like you guys suggested and i just wanted to buy everything i could see! so many cute baby clothes! i ended up with 6 dresses, 12 gauze lampin, 3 bibs, and 3 tie sides. i really like the quality of the new baby brand - natural cotton and proudly philippine made. the new baby dresses are also nice, the 2 dresses i got are made of nice thin, breathable cotton - perfect for sg's hot and humid weather

i'll use the gauze lampin as inserts for my blueberry covers. currently debating whether i'll buy more gauze lampin or buy some grovia flats like i originally planned.

crazysxcl wow kakatuwa! I was just composing my next post when I read your reply. same tayo sis. nega ako sa strep b, 2cm na rin daw ako then I think I lost my mucus plug yesterday. Sorry TMI, parang sipon pero no blood. clear to white yung color. but ob said pwedeng anytime from today or sa EDD ko. may mga ganun kasi na a month silang dilated na. started walking na rin. pero di pa rin ako nag leleave. sinabihan naman ako na nagcocontract daw ako madalas. pero di ko talaga nararamdaman, pano ba yan! haha
oo waiting game talaga. ako naman gusto ko this weekend na manganak hehe pero bahala na basta safe delivery and healthy baby 

loidyloidsang average eh 2 weeks before. pero depende rin sa usapan nyo ng hr and ob. may ob kasi gusto sa mismong day ng pangangak para more time with baby. yung companies naman medyo takot na dun ka maabutan sa work at magkacomplications pa

120515 sis there's an online store with basic baby clothes, you might want to check them. search baby clothes wholesale on fb. ok yung quality most especially for the warm weather. got some of my lo's clothes from them

macheoc - hi sis! wow talaga.. ako naman brownish yung mucus plug, wala nga rin ako idea about it dati. sakto nag google ako ng images nya kagabi. kelan edd mo sis? ang galing, as in hindi mo nafifeel tumigas tummy mo? ako naman madalas kaya nakakapraning tapos walang pain. true sis, basta safe delivery and healthy baby.

re: clothes that im not sure sis. you can ask them, the name of the owner is Sunny. until when will you be here? if in case they dont deliver in sg you may want to to have it delivered to any of your relatives here then theyll be the ones who will send it to you to sg. i think the price will still be cheaper as compared to buying from stores

crzysxcl naninigas na parang bola pero di siya masakit EDD ko aug 13, 36 pa lang now. mabigat na ngayon medyo hirap maglakad. other than that, i cant tell if BH lang or [textspeak!] labor contractions. although i noticed matagal yung contractions ko. iniintay ko na lang yung water bag para mas gets ko agad hehe
