Ang advice naman ng ob ko between 28-30w daw ako magpa 3d/4d. I heard merong 3d/4d packages diyan sa MD Care (1 branch in front of st lukes qc and the other sa fisher mall). Parang 3,800 yung lowest na 4d package nila with video and pics saka biophysical measurements (biometry ata yun). Meron din silang package na may kasama na 3d/4d sa CAS pati NST.

Speaking of NST, may nagpa NST na ba senyo? How does it work? And when is it usually recommended to expecting moms?

Decided to read this thread and check if anyone had experienced PEP? polymorphic eruption of pregnancy (PEP).

Yung red rashes that started from lower belly then later spread all over arms, legs or thighs. Seems like an allergy. Nakakaiyak sa kati.

I'm now 32 weeks. Ive seen this rashes at 31 weeks. Sabi, it will go away naturally upon giving birth. Sana kaya kong tiisin coz i still have 8 weeks before my due date.

^sis is this the same with PUPPP (pruritic urticarial papules and plaques of pregnancy)? Ganun din kasi siya, rashes. I've had this, and same lang sinabi sakin, mawawala after manganak. Im lucky kasi , nawala na yung rashes kahit di pa ko nanganganak.  Search mo sis yung mga natural remedy. Pero sakin, oatmeal soap lang. 😊

Yes sis, same din sia. Currently I'm using oilatum soap, then yung aveeno moisturizer cream. But it doesnt go away. Anung ginamit mo? Nawala na yung sayo sis? Saken sobrang kati na masakit. I dont want to take any med sa kati.

^i have those starting 2nd tri, sorbolene soap and moisturiser helped a lot kasi scent free. i noticed increase in itchiness and irritation when i'm Using scented soap/lotions/ washes. initially, the gp prescribed a steroid cream (mild) for two weeks. but didn't really eradicate the problem since it is caused by our pregnancy hormones. but yeah, sorbolene so far minimised the appearance of rashes.

^yes sis. Nawala na sakin. Oatmeal soap lang talaga ginamit ko. Hindi ako makapaglotion kasi nga naiinitan ako. Yung oatmeal soap, nabili ko sa healthy options. Di ko lam kung anong brand pero yun yung walang packaging, soap lang talaga na may nakadikit na bar code. Makikita mo yun agad sa healthy options😊

i had my check this afternoon (currently at 36 weeks) next check will be at 38 weeks na. so far so good.

sis belle, gano kadalas mag-deliver on the 37th week? aalis kasi si husband for work ng june 9-13, 37th week ko yun. but my due date is still june 27. :-( worried akong manganak on those days na wala sya.

on CAS, and every ultrasound i video the scanning haha, para tipid. 4D na kasi lagi sa MMC. at mabait ang sonologist kasi mag print sya ng mga pics ni baby na cute ang movements. like waving or hiccups or yung kita talaga buong face nya. :-)

^Yes first baby. And baby boy ang baby ko. boy din ba baby mo sis? Common daw kasi siya pagboy ang baby. Mga 2 weeks sis, umokay na.Nung time na makati pa siya, nilalagyan ko nalang ng ice pack. Pero iba iba kasi ang effect sa atin. Sana effective din sayo sis yung oatmeal soap.

sis macheoc, it's okay! people who see me think i'm already in the third trimester as well! hahaha!

had a chance to catch up with my friend during her baby sprinkle - her baby arrived a full month early and she had to undergo emergency c section. she said that she couldn't feel her cut anymore after a month and it wasn't hurting. also the cut isn't even obvious. i'm so happy everything's going well for her. it really helps that she's also very active - taking care of the baby and doing chores. they don't have a helper/yaya so it's up to her to cook and clean and care for baby while her husband is at work.

her baby boy is very cute and behaved. his waking hours are from 10 am to 2 and he feeds every 3 hours so they don't lose that much sleep.

Update sa amin ni baby: Hindi kami nakapagpa 3D CAS nung Friday kasi wala raw gagawang OB that time. Nung saturday, bumalik kami hospital and biophysical profile scoring ang pinarequest ni OB. More on physical attributes ang chineck kay baby - size ng head, hands and feet (pero hindi binilang), amniotic fluid, nakita rin ok ang heart nya. generally parang chinceck lang din kung tama ang laki nya sa age nya. Perfect score naman nakuha ni baby, thank God! Nakakatuwa kasi nakita uli namin si baby, para syang nagtutulog tulugan kasi naka close ang eyelids pero gumagalaw haha. Confirmed din na boy sya. Yun nga lang, praning mode nanaman ako dahil iba ito sa CAS, parang gusto ko pa tuloy magpa CAS. Nabasa ko sa CAS chinecheck pati kidneys. Ano sa tingin nyo mga sis? Ilang days kaya dapat ang interval bago ako pwede magpa CAS? 30 weeks na kasi kami bukas ni baby. Thank you sa sasagot.

^ hi sis, i think cas is equivalent to the detailed scan we had, which was scheduled on our 21st week. the sonologist measured and looked at everything including internal organs. she also spent a long time studying baby's heart - the structure and movement of blood - because we could see different colors on the screen indicating blood flow. she also looked at all the major bones in the legs, arms, and the spine. then she checked the brain structure as well pointing out to us the different parts of baby's brain. on top of that, she did various measurements, too. she also looked at baby's nose and mouth i think to check for cleft palate.

from what i read this scan is done when you're 18-21 weeks. also, it's not required. but if you feel like you should get one then i think you should schedule it sooner rather than later.

a week after our detailed scan, the ob did another scan on her own ultrasound a week later just to check baby's heartbeat and general measurements of baby's head, abdomen, and femur to estimate baby's size and weight. we also have a quick scan on every visit.

 crzysxycl - ako sis kinabukasan after ng ultrasound ko, CAS naman. Hehe.  dahil nga naparanoid din ako. wala din akong request from doctor non. although tinext naman niya ko na magpaganon. Hindi ko na mapalipas yung araw para kumuha pa ko ng request from OB.
Yes, detailed ang CAS. titignan yung chamber ng heart, bibilangin yung mga daliri, bilangin kung dalawa yung kidneys, sa face , ichecheck kung may cleft lip, etc. Kaya okay din talaga pa CAS sis. Nakakabawas ng pagkaparanoid. Hehe. , after ng CAS ko, I'm just waiting na lang to give birth to a healthy and normal baby. unlike before, iniisip ko lagi kung normal ba, kung kumpleto ba , etc. Ayun

im on my 28th week na! welcome to 3rd tri for me 
done with my OGTT and sadly, pinagda-diet ako ng OB ko dahil mataas ang FBS ko.
ang hilig ko kasi sa sweets, laging matatamis kinacrave ko.
i'll be having another test, random blood sugar naman after 2 weeks. hopefully normal na results.

120515 - Ok naman ako sa result ng BPS ni baby, it's just that I think I will feel more at ease pag CAS ang ginawa. Walang blood flow na pinakita, hindi rin binilang ang fingers kasi ni baby. Thanks sis!

Which is witch - Thanks sis! Praning lang ako ng konti hehe. Though perfect score ang nakuha ni baby, parang mas kampante siguro ako pag CAS.

30 weeks na kami ni baby today. Done with OGTT na rin nung Saturday, normal naman result. Ang hirap pala nun, 7:30 am nasa hospital na kami. Naawa sa akin yung med tech kasi nung sa last blood extraction, 10 minutes before the scheduled time kinuhaan na nya ako ng dugo kasi sabi ko gutooom na ako at panay na ang galaw ng baby ko hehe. Mga sis kelan ginagawa ang OGCT?

Hello! Mid 28 weeks na kami ni baby. Nervous and excited at the same time. Nagpa 3d/4d na rin pala kami with biometry sa face2face. Nakakaiyak pala yun hehe. Ok naman din measurements ni baby, parang ahead siya ng 2 days compared to sa age based on my LMP.

I'm thinking about having CAS again as well.  I had mine na at 22 weeks and no recom pa from ob so ill probably wait na lang.

Speaking of weight, pinapag cut down ako sa sweets and fats ni OB. 20 lbs na ang total weight gain ko but I just entered 3rd trimester. Eh by 3rd daw biglang lolobo. So ayun... super challenging kasi for the first time during the entire pregnancy, ngayon pa malakas gana ko.

Sis crzysxycl - ako hindi pa ko pinagBPS. Good thing perfect score si baby mo😀 sis alam ko nga, unang pinapatake yung OGCT, then kapag abnormal results, saka irerequire ng OGTT. Eh tayo ogtt agad nirequest so i dont think na irerequire pa tayo ng ogct.😊 and normal naman results nung ogtt natin😊

Sis macheoc - ako sis, never ako pinagdiet. Pinakakain pa nga ako ng bongga. Ayan tuloy 30lbs na ang gain ko. Kumusta naman un. Hehe. Kaso CS naman ako. Kaya di na rin ako pinagdiet. Tiis tiis ka nalang sis, para manormal delivery.😊
