re: lotions, ingat lang mga sis when you choose the kind of lotion and other stuff we put on our bodies including body wash, shampoo, conditioner, make up, it passes the placenta barrier and can affect the baby. choose organic or plant-based. wag magpadala sa ads, even mustela has harmful chemicals. be wary of parabens, parfum, PEG, petrolatum, sodium laurel sulfate, triclosan, BHA and BHT ingredients. read the labels. read the labels of food items too. be wary of trans fat, saturated fat, sodium and cholesterol level, and all forms of sugar
