^^ohh swerte sa sched sis yung iba if they want a better schedule gumagawa pa ng letter to explain the urgency of getting a visa. i have a friend who did that kasi walang makuhang maagang sched eh may exam schedule na sya sa california. kaya swerte na nakakuha kayo ng sched right away safe na talaga dyan 1 month before ng target lipad mo.

^wala namang guarantee. i was single when i was given my visa. yung iba naman family nadedeny. depende rin talaga

Oh ok. And wala naman connect yung President ng U.S. sa approval ng visa ngayon? I mean based sa mga experiences niyo, mas madali ba dati or ngayon? Thanks! =)

^4 na kaibigan ko sis within the last 2 months ang nag-apply and lahat approved.  Iba-iba sila ng profiles, may single w/o kid, meron single mom, merong married with kids.  Iba iba din ang work and income nila.  So I guess hindi naman ganong kalaking factor na si Trump na ang presidente nila.  Basta make sure na strong ang case mong babalik ka dito.  Yun naman ang gusto nilang makita.  Good luck!

I will say no... personally puro red flags ako like single, no properties, not much savings. Ang meron lang ako is stable job haha!  pero nakakuha ako ng visa in one try lang.

I think need lang maging confident tapos kung ano tanong sa akin sinasagot ko ng one line lang except nung pinagexplain ako about sa work ko. Alam kasi ng mga consul na kinakabahan tayo applicant kaya minsan nagkakamali tayo ng sagot so try to relax and focus.

AFAIK, all good standing lawyers ( and doctors) are approved unless super obvious na ang intention is to really move, work, study (there's a different visa, process for those) and not to tour. i.e. sold all properties, resigned or fired from job, no business, etc..alam na nila yun sa embassy sa paper trail. Mas masu-surprise naman ako kung di ka naapprove and your family.

BTW, I'm a law graduate (have not taken the PH Bar, as I don't plan on  practicing here anyway, but is considering on taking it just for the vanity of a title, lol) ) and is now enrolled in USC (U of Southern CA) Gould School of Law in Los Angeles taking up LLM via online correspondence.

All my fambam, na nasa legal and medical field, were also approved without any hesitation when they applied.

I could be wrong, pero cases like those (lawyers/doctors that are denied) would for me be an exception rather than the rule, and for grave reasons.

i think it's case to case basis.. kasi madami ako nabasa dito na mga sis natin and sa PEX na kahit single e approved 10yrs ME pa.. siguro dapat maging confident ka when answering the questions kailangan subukan mo kumalma kahit sa loob mo super kabado ka lalo na sa magiging result ng interview mo kasi it can make or break your privileged to have one. your ties as well is one of the factor, that can be work, family and you have to assure the best way possible to the consul that you will return to Phil and hindi ka mag TNT.. do not lie kasi they can tell by looking at you and hearing your voice if there's something.. goodluck sa lahat! kaya yan! wala naman mawawala if you'll try to apply for a visa, ang mawawala lang yung binayad mo na application fee.. if hindi pinalad today maybe someday diba? think positive lang! btw madami din naman magandang countries na hindi kailangan ng visa or yung iba madali din kumuha ng visa.. goodluck!

Question again, hindi pa naman necessarily need ng ticket di ba, so kapag inask nila ano gagawin sa U.S. Answer must be, yung plans mo if ever ma-approve ang visa? Do I need to give a specific month or season ng travel plan ko?

^ do not buy ticket yet.. kasi wala ka pa naman visa.. hindi rin naman nila i-aask if you have ticket na. sa DS-160 form meron dun part na iaask when is your travel date. lagay mo dun yung date and how long you will stay. nabasa ko pinaka safe na answer will be 2 weeks. yun din kasi nilagay ko sakin. hehe pag tinanong ka anong gagawin mo dun yes just tell your plans or  places you'll visit. kung ano yung nilagay mo sa form mo yun din sabihin mo na travel date..

Ah ok gets, pero in reality, ilang weeks ang need para ma-enjoy ang US, I know US is very big, east and west coast ba naman. hahaha. Balak ko lang naman kasi is New York, Will check pa if pwede dumaan ng South Carolina or Minnesota. Pero if New York lang, how many days kaya?

Ah oks, kapag 3 weeks ba nilagay ko sa Application form or sinabi sa consul, baka magtaka sila bakit ang tagal ko?

^kaya magisip ka na ng mga activities mo na swak sa 3 weeks. Start researching now kasi most likely tatanungin yan kung anong gagawin mo dun and san ka pupunta. Maraming sample itineraries online you can use those as draft.

Ako dati 1 week lang ako magstay, when the consul asked me san ako pupunta, sinabi ko LA county lang.

Hi mga sis. question lang. magapply kasi kami ni hubby for visa, ako employed siya self employed but yung ITR niya naka-register pa sa dating business niya, pinapalipat namin sana ngayon for lessor since commercial spaces ang hawak niya but mahabang process. hindi namin pwede i-declare yung dating shop niya since wala na talaga.

ang worry namin ni hubby baka maghanap ng documents for his business. we only have our contract of lease and land title under my husbands name, do you think this will suffice? we really want to prove na we want to visit his mom lang.

if we say 1 month po ba kami magstay okay lang po ba yun? Nevada and California po sana ang target namin to visit. TIA sa mga sasagot mga sis.

^If anything, they won't even ask for you ANY documents. I think what's important is just be ready with what you have and make sure consistent yung sasabihin niyo dun sa consul and sa online application. How's your travel history?

Understandable naman sa kanila ang tagal kasi alam nila na ang tagal ng travel time and mahal din fare so normally, sinusulit ng mga tao ang stay sa US. I printed a sample itinerary of places I plan to visit, just in case. Nagdala din ako bank statements. In the end, the consul didn't ask for any document. Just asked me 2 questions -- how long am I working in my present company and if I have relatives in the US. Both of these are in the application din naman pero feel nya lang sigurong tanungin in person. Ha ha!

My husband and son are going to apply for a visa (i already have one). Is it possible to have my aunt join them in the interview? My aunt is going to accompany us in our trip and we're going to shoulder her expenses. I'm kinda worried lang if we will set her for a separate interview kasi she was already denied years ago.

We (myself, husband and 2yo daughter) are planing to apply for US Visa sana, would it be easier kung family or kami nalang muna ni husband tapos later na si daughter? Kung as family, sabay sabay ba kami iinterviehin? Plano sana namin mag-US sa summer ng 2018.

by the time na mag-apply kami, both hubby and I are more than 2 years na with our current companies, tapos we have bank statements naman na makikita na salary is credited every month, we are leasing a flat din under my name, we have carloan under husband's name, will this help ba? Kailangan ba merong amount sa account na hindi nagagalaw?

^i think sis every application ha 50-50 chance, yung iba kahit strong ang ties dito sa pinas nadedeny pa rin. Sa experience ko, i prepared bank statements, employment certificate, etc. pero walang hiningi kahit isa. Tinanong lang yung tenureship sa work, basic salary. Basically kinonfirm lang yung mga info sa application form.
