Mga sis, meron na ba sa inyo dito who stayed for 6 months sa US? As in sinagad ang allowed stay?Medyo kinakabahan ako baka ma-question ako sa immigration when we get there. Praying na hindi!

mga sis,first time namin mag aapply ng visa. my parents,grandparents, my sister, her baby and her partner. pwede ba kami mag apply as family or no dahil hindi pa sila married?

Kailangan pa ba ideclare ang half sibling residing in the us? Hindi naman kami pupunta duon at hindi rin close. Baka maka gulo lang sa application

Mga sis, mag rerenew pa lang kame ng passport. Bukas ang schedule.  Pwede ba mag fill out ng ds-160 using old (expired) passport at mag pay ng visa fee na agad para makakuha na kame ng schedule for interview? Kelangan kasi mainterview na kame at least before februa 1. Medyo rush sya.

Clariethan -- ang alam ko hindi pwede pag hindi immediate family. Not sure sa case nyo though kasi may anak sila. Maybe you can ask sa embassy mismo

^^sis if tanungin if you have family in the US, better to declare. Sometimes alam na nila yan and ikoconfirm lang nila sayo. My advice is always to answer honestly ONLY what is being asked. If tanungin, sagutin mo. If not, then don't bring it up

just wait for your renewed passport na lang before mag fill up ng DS160. you need the details kasi. if you will put your old and expired passport, denied kayo nun malamang kasi alam ko 1 of their requirement before applying for a US visa e dapat atleast 6 months valid ang passport mo dun sa intended date of travel.

meron ba same scenario sakin mga sis? or pwede ko kaya itanong sa embassy? also, sino may national identification number? diba may id yun? pag ba expired na, kailangan pa ilagay?

question lang. my auntie and uncle(a couple) want to apply tourist visa para ma visit anak nila sa US. They are both working here in pinas, pero hindi ata ganun kalaki savings nila. but they have properties. do you think mabibigyan sila ng visa? thank u!

^50/50 chance, personal experience ko hindi ako hiningan ng bank cert, or tinanong about my savings. Tinanong lang work tenure and basic salary.

^^ yung strong ties mo sa bansa mo kasi ang tinitignan nila. yung hinde ka mag TNT dun. if they can prove that naman sa consul na may babalikan sila dito and they just want to travel and visit their anak, most likely ma approve naman siguro. it will depend on how they answer and present

question lang, pwede pa ba mag apply ng us visa? actually, this november na magexpire yung passport ko. i was thinking na kumuha na lang ng bagong passport before i apply pero ang problema lang, walang tatak yung bagong passport ko compared dun sa luma.

^I had a new passport when I applied and got a 10-year visa. I have a feeling na, they know your travel history, even without the passport as proof.

^Same, I have a blank passport when I applied for a tourist visa. I also think they already have your records before the interview - travel history, background check, etc., When I was asked on what countries I have visited, the interviewer didn't let me finish what I was saying and asked the next question.

Kinakabahan ka kasi minax mo yung previous stay mo? 

Nagawa ko na din yang max 6 months, pero years ago pa, early 2000s.  Wala naman naging problema sa mga succeeding trips ko, di naman qinuestion ng IOs.  Di lang natin masasabi ngayon with the Trump administration dahil naghihigpit na sila sa border and immigrations laws.

Mga sis saan ba pwede mag park na malapit sa US embassy? Kahit lakad or taxi... Pag sm manila parang super layo and baka close pa yung mall
