^I just checked the US Embassy's website and binalik nila ulit yung drop box application. I tried this na before 9/11. Then due to security measures they stopped the program. I hope they'll still have it by the time I renew my visa in two years time.

^No, that time sa mismong embassy ka magsubmit. Better now since any of the accredited couriers ka pwede mag-submit. I am also hoping di nila tanggalin ulit yung program, less hassle kasi talaga.

sisses, how many days ang release ng US visa once approved na? 7 days or 7 working days (excluding the weekends and holiday).

and may available slots pa ba for August 2016? I can't view the calendar for appointment, kailangan ba bayad na yung appointment sa bank before maview yung appointment dates?

Thanks!

Ok lang ba na mag apply ng US Visa kahit bago pa lang sa work? Like 4-5 months pa lang? Or wala namang
kaso yun? Yung friend ko kaso bago pa lang sa work niya so hindi namin sure if safe na mag-apply sya
agad ng US Visa. Thanks! =)

Food and Drinks not allowed inside the embassy, di ba?

Pano kung may bata? Like I have a 3 year old. Ok lang ba to bring bottled water then powdered formula milk?

Hi! I'm not sure about babies' milks, but i think exception naman yun.

Kakagaling ko lang kanina, i saw a couple of babies din, pero I didn't see one holding a bottle of milk.

Hello sissies! Mahirapan kaya ako kumuha ng US tourist visa if student lang ako - no source of income, pero ssponsoran ng lola ko na nasa US na ng for 17 years? Ano ipapakita kong proof na sponsoran niya ko? Malaki ba chance ma deny?

As of today, 1st available appointment is Sept 09 na. Nag-babackread ako kaso most of the cases na nababasa ko renewal :'(

Question:

2.) Nilagay ng Uncle ko na Oct last week kami pupunta for 2 weeks. Once approved (God-willing), yun ba ang susundin namin na date or pwede kami mas maaga pumunta then 1 month kami mag stay?

TIA!!!

^sis yung sa approval depende talaga eh 50/50 chance yan.

Then once approved na ang visa nyo, you can fly anytime within the validity of the visa, kahit ibang date ang nakalagay sa application

A lot of  US visa recipients usually  recommend to others to tell the truth and nothing but the truth. It is well and dandy if the truth you are saying will help you get a visa. What happens then if the truth you are suppose to tell the consular officer will NOT help you get a visa and may in fact cause you a denial of said visa. Are you still suppose to tell the truth no matter what? Doing so  I think is pure stupidity. If you think you can get away with a   lie and have some proof to back it up,  then I think you can   take your chances and accept the consequences. There is no foolproof way up to now  if a person is lying or not and even consular officers are at best guessing. Just like a court justice system, it is a matter of having  evidence/proof  to back up what   you are saying. The party having more evidence usually wins and evidence is sometimes manufactured or made to appear more favorable to the one presenting the evidence. How many visa recipients you think actually told the truth and nothing but the truth.

Are you encouraging US visa applicants to lie?

My husband and I are schedule for non-immigrant visa interview on Aug 16. Kinakabahan ako, newly married pa lang kami. Mag-one year pa lang next month so no baby yet. I stopped working na rin and focus sa pagiging housewife para less stress na and pwedeng makasama kay hubby anytime. First time ni hubby to apply for a tourist visa although meron siyang C1D kasi he works on a cruise ship. Problem ko lang for me ang dami kong red flags: dati akong nurse (apparently, meron ng work history na kasama sa application so makikita na nag-practice ako ng Nursing), I worked abroad (I can't omit this information kasi yung passport ko was issued abroad, kaya dapat may reason ako why I reside there for some time), no baby yet so not so strong ang family ties. Although buong immediate family ko stays here sa Philippines. Nakapunta naman na ko ng US kaso HS pa ko nun, and our reason this time same pa rin, to visit our relatives sa LA pero sasama muna ko kay hubby kahit one cruise lang before going to LA. Gusto ko naman makasama siya dun and to visit Wizarding World of Harry Potter na rin in Orlando. :) I hope my prayer works and ma-grant kami ng visa ni hubby.

Meron bang same case as me na housewife with hubby working sa ship?

TIA!
