Sharing my experience here since I saw someone looking for feedback as well.

- bought thru a person
- paid for my items directly via PayPal
- used credit card for paying shipping fees
- selected Air Cargo



- Their US warehouse functions on work days only.
USPS yung nagdeliver dun. It was scheduled such that matatanggap on a working day.
I read from their FB page na nawawala yung mga items na weekends/holidays nadeliver kasi minsan iiwan lang sa labas.

- Package is acknowledged within the day.
Manual tracking lang ako sa USPS pero yung Shipping Cart, they immediately sent a confirmation thru email that they received my package.

- It took 2 full weeks before the items were reflected in my account.
Followed up several times thru email and calls pero mga PH-based ang sasagot saying they are checking with the US Team. Walang contact number ang US Team.
Based on their FB page and subsequent emails later, madami daw masyado dumating na packages ng April cause much delay.

- Next activities would be "For payment" "Paid" "Consolidated" "In transit" "Delivered"
I paid as soon as the items were in my storage. The system immediately updated status as PAID.
After another week, the status was set to CONSOLIDATED and then I didn't get any update anymore. So no tracking number was provided.

- I received the package in the PH address 4 days after it was set to CONSOLIDATED status.
It arrived on the first date range of the estimated delivery date.

Overall, it took 3.5 weeks from delivery date to their US address until I received the package in my PH address.

Ako din i had them ship items to me twice, and i had to follow up. Second time pa mali yung weight na nagreflect online, it showed 8lbs when i had the proof from USPS delivery that it was only 1lb. I complained on fb and they changed the weight naman. Also the status would be super delayed, hindi real time ang pag update nila. Nadeliver na yung package but it would still show consolidated or in transit online. Labo lang.

For me, so far wala pa naman akong bad experience from LBC. Although matagal talaga sila magupdate.

Before April ended, I received an email from them about waiving the storage fee if I ship my items before 30 of April. I did shipped mine and was glad that indeed, the storage fee from Jan-April was waived so I just paid 1200+ for 2 items.

first time to used shipping cart, yung order kong isa kulang ng 2 items sa storage, kaya di ko pa mapadala dito sa pinas. Nakakainis  . Nagka problema din ako sa weight na indicated dun sa storage vs dun sa ups. In fairness naman binago naman nila agad.

Did you try to email them with regards to your missing items?

Sa weight, as long as may proof from Usps, they adjust it accordingly.

Hi guys sp I tried LBC shipping cart as well .. First time ko it took 3 weeks for me to be able to receive my items ... Mabilis naman sila magreply .. Pero sa delivery medyo sablay hindi friendly yung delivery guys nila ... And my address when I looked at the label incomplete nakalagay! No wonder di mahanap ng delivery guy yung bahay namin.... So hayun , it has its ups and downs... So use lbc shipping cart at your own risk xD.. I will try it again some other time MAYBE .. Can you recommend how to buy in u.s stores na hindi tumatanggap ng ph billing?? I don't want to use globe amex though.... And delayed sila mag post ng status!!! So hindi mo talaga malalaman if nag attempt na ba yung delivery guy to give deliver your package

Yes i already called them and email them everyday regarding my missing items. They said no response yet  from the US team, as always. Its been 2 weeks already. I already sent them the OR for proof.

Pang ilang transaction mo na sa kanila sis? :/ that's sad to hear... Kaya nga ship to the, at your own risk lalo na lag expensive items :/

Finally dumating na din yung mga orders ko (3 weeks in my storage). I paid last thursday then kakadating lang today (Tues) dito sa bahay.

How much usually binabayaran nya sa shipping? Like pag ilang tshirts lang? Or pandora?

First time I used their service was back in Nov-Dec when I ordered items from Amazon. I got a TW Steel Watch, Gshock,  Baymax bobble head for my car and Baymax mini keychains. Inabot lang ng 1k or 1200 for all those items via air cargo. No problems encountered and nagulat ako how cheap it was!
 
So nawili ako and ordered again, this time 6 pcs of clothes from Forever 21 and 4 pcs Aeropostale clothes thru Amazon. When I was about to settle the items in the LBC website aabutin ng 2-3k ang air cargo for the items while 900+ lang for sea cargo. Ang sabi ng CSR na kausap ko they base it whichever weight is higher. Di ko pa rin magets hanggang ngayon yun so I opt to have it shipped by sea and it arrived in 1.5 months instead of the TAT na 2 months. 
 
I might order again soon since paparating na ang July 4th madaming sale for sure pero baka itry ko ang USA2EVERYWHERE since yung office nila hindi sa CA but in MN I think, walang sales tax na ipapatong unlike sa LBC may additional sales tax pa yung mga binibili ko.

Tanong lang mga sis ... Diba po naipatupad na yung batas na walang tax yung mga balik bayan boxes ....does it mean lahat ng imported products eh di na ganon ka mahal?? Hehe
