^I see, I checked Jan Marini's FB, I can see her posts about supporting Duterte eh...baka di na rin sila friends nung friend mo hehe...pero if it's trabaho lang for them, kainis naman itong mag-asawa na 'to, kaninong payroll kaya sila under? Kasi from what we know, yung mga artists na supporter ni Digong free ang services eh, in-emphasize pa yun ni Garry Lim the host, nung introduce silang mag-asawa kagabi...

The Duterte Strategy
Now it can be told. Many still don’t get it. Duterte is a masterful tactician and strategist – all others pale in comparison.
Opening Strategy
Remember the non-filing of his candidacy after the deadline and later substitution, where everybody was in suspense until he delivered the coup de grace? If Ruy Lopez has a classic chess opening strategy, Duterte does not only have an opening but also middlegame and endgame strategies – the Duterte Strategy.
Middlegame Strategy:
No money, no machinery? Think again. He uses his weakness as his strength. He is not known outside Mindanao and he needs billions for media exposure. Result? He got it for free.
He pokes fun and sometimes ridicule, double-talks, uses sarcasm, hyperbole, pun and other figures of speech. Cursing is one of his weaknesses but why do people get more excited everytime he curses? He uses feints and subterfuges and lures and traps the enemy. Trillanes was a victim - largely due to his own viciousness, hubris and stupidity. Roxas, in a desperate move, joined in the fray. Both of them - CHECKMATE!
Secret bank accounts? Oh, come on! They are not secret – they are in listed in Duterte's own name, which anybody can check, as what Trillanes had done, naturally. Hidden wealth? Oh my! With his daughter as a joint depositor in the account, which makes her an automatic candidate herself for criminal prosecution? They are both lawyers and they are not that stupid. If Duterte had those wealth, he should have stashed them elsewhere under a fictitious name or have spent them already since he is already old with only a few years left. Besides, he needs a pair of quality shoes.
Ask the people in Davao why they are very passionate in defending him. I myself will not be very stupid enough to defend him if the allegations of his opponents are true. If he has no track record to back him up, I would have been a goner a long time ago. Again, refer to Exhibit Number 1 – DAVAO CITY. Example: He donated his own house in Davao City as a hospital for children cancer patients.
Endgame Strategy:
The casting of votes will be in 7 days. HE IS WAY UP IN THE TILLS, with his opponents desperately clinging together and using the might of their combined forces and resources to bring him down. NO WAY will they succeed!
Their only hope? CHEATING, of course! Will Duterte be worried? Hell, NO! In fact, Cheating will lead to a revolution (without bloodshed, I pray). A revolutionary government ( unlike that of Cory Aquino) will fast track the Change required of this country.
Remember: Duterte had no Money and Machinery. The millions of his supporters, even very poor ones, spent their own money and used all their available means to campaign for Duterte. They waited long hours under the searing heat of the sun, without food and water, even until past midnight just to hear him speak. These supporters who all invested so much cannot accept to be cheated and will treat cheaters unkindly with all they got.
The people are his machinery. If you missed going to any of his campaign sorties, you will not understand. His supporters do not only have fires in their bellies – they have blazes burning in their hearts.
On election day, Duterte will be in a faraway beach, topless with a leg up on a table, sipping coffee and reading a magazine while waiting for the events he planned to unfold. He will not do and say anything as things unfold. The people will bring him there.
CHEAT? GO AHEAD, MAKE OUR DAY!

I also read that in FB re PSE mock elections.

re businessmen and elites, I think most of the Tsinoy businessmen are supportive kay Duterte..sila pa nga ang nagsulong na tumakbo si Mayor for president. dahil sila daw ang biktima lagi ng extortion, and kidnapping..

@sofia, baka nga LOL or they can still be friends pero di gumana yung pray over sa kanya. LOL anywaya if totoo na they are now pro duterte, better. Digong needs our full support.

Many are called but few are chosen.. marami tayo choices at this moment in time pero need natin mamili. my choice may not be popular because of preconceived standards or norms. but it is my choice. and i choose DU30.

i love the article below. thanks Aquiline for sharing. the black propaganda seems to be endless because we are only days away from May 9.

Baka kai may nakita kayo na diko nakikita.

1. Pabago bago ng isip. Di tatakbo pero tumakbo.
2. Daming minor de edad na wrong identity and inamin nya na may ganun ngang nayayari sa Davao.
3. He tell about his childhood fantasy sa isang katulong and he masturbate about it.
4. He joke about the hostage/rape victim Autriallian and give a finger to that country after they asked him to apologist. How can he protect or OFW's nyan. Mainaliit ang Mexico and now Singapore Naman.
5. umamin about sa DDS and NPA member daw sha...
6. The bank account. Una sabi nya wala shang BPI bank account...then the next day meron pala?

and dagdag minura nya si Pope...

^ Yung mga early interview nya, yung kunwari di tatakbo and biglang tatakbo, and about being foul mouthed, mga jokes and such... more like publicity stunts yun. Sino laging nakikita sa media nung umpisa? Most of that eh part ng strategy para maging popular sya kahit walang pera pambayad ng TV ads. So I won't explain those things kasi you don't have to consider them seriously. Effective ba? Based on popularity I think naging effective nga.

Yan yung alam mo based sa napapanood mo sa bias media. Go try to watch yung interview nya paano nya inexplain yung joke na yun which is hindi naman joke. And look how these bias media portray him. Nagagawa nga nilang masamang tao ang nasa PBB para mapalabas nila kung sino gusto nilang manalo, what more sa mga candidates?

Quote
umamin about sa DDS and NPA member daw sha...

Look what he is doing today. Kung totoo ito, go file a case. Let the court decide.

The bank account. Una sabi nya wala shang BPI bank account...then the next day meron pala?

Sya ba may sabi o yung spokeperson? Besides, kung meron man, ano ba lumabas? may 211M ba? Pasalamat na nga lang tayo at binuksan nya pa yun for the sake of transparency. Eh baka kapag iba na yan, kailangan pa ng docs from ombudsman etc...

and dagdag minura nya si Pope...

Pinatawad man o hindi.

I hope, if really nag consider ka kay Duterte, you also take time to do your own research.

Most of the people here stopped watching news from the bias stations na. Why? Oh well...

I agree with sister hyder, try reading Thinking Pinoy so you'd understand more of Duterte's strategies. But honestly whatever ang ibato sa kanya, nothing can sway the decision of most of our sissies and brothers here. We still chose to stay ag support him anyway.

Katulad nyo mga sis, di na ako nag-o-open ng FB account, I still watch the news though but pag about the election na, nagdadal-dalan na lang kami ni husband. haha! Muntik na ako ma-sway sa NPA issue na yan coz of the clip na napanood ko from CNN. Wala naman ng bias bias sa CNN?

^ dito sya nag post I feel obliged to answer.

http://cnnphilippines.com/regional/2016/05/04/Rodrigo-Duterte-freed-NPA-captives.html

Quote
He said it’s also a challenge to put an end to the payment of the illegal “revolutionary taxes” charged by the NPA.

“Territories na kontrolado nila wala tayong magawa. Nandiyan naman talaga sila,” he said about NPA checkpoints.

[Translation: In the territories that they control, we cannot do anything. They've always been there.]

“We cannot stop it. It is going on all over the country. So the only way to stop it is really to go into a settlement of the conflict. They need the tax to survive. They're human beings. They have to eat and they have to travel and they have to buy bullets and ammunition,” he said when asked about his position on revolutionary taxes.

Pero I don't think na he's in favor with NPA. pero he is willing to ammend the issues of NPA. Pero look beyond his plan. He plan to eradicate NPA peacefully. That way mawawala ang NPA checkpoint or taxes...

Wherein Mayor Duterte got 44% followed by Poe at 18%. Reliable and credible daw yung source niya according dun sa poster.

https://web.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10209281850622255&set=a.1785984128350.2103840.1201932000&type=3&theater

Eto yung frustrated and exhausted people clinging to a single beacon of hope that is Mayor Duterte. Athough it's sad that they can't stay civil in social media. I think it's only human nature that they react so defensively. Let's admit it the past 6 years was hell for most people.

"Dollar ni Roxas, buksan ko 'yan Wednesday. Sabi n'ya (Roxas), may dollar account ako na milyon, ako mismo, 'yan lang dalawa talaga eh," Duterte told journalists just minutes after his airplane landed in Pagadian City in Zamboanga del Sur.

"So 'yung sinasabi ni Roxas, pabubuksan mo din?" ABS-CBN News' Doris Bigornia asked Duterte.

"Oo," the tough-talking mayor replied. "'Yung kay Roxas. Pero gusto ko, kainin ni Roxas. Gusto ko, pagkatapos, kainin ni Roxas ang statement ng bangko. Ipakain ko sa kanya."
