Just saw the video of that incident at Gateway Garden Heights where Louie Baltazar verbally abused visitors of another unit owner over rules and regulations of the condo, na it's illegal to film in the common areas. Talagang may rule na pala na ganun sa mga condo ngayon? I did not know.

But the way he did it, ha...talagang it was being matapobre, mayabang and bastos all in one. The total package!

I've been looking at olx ads and there was this house in xavierville that I thought looked really nice, around 70k per month. If I had the money, sya ang irerent ko talaga over all the other apartments/houses/condos advertised, even over those serendra and other BGC condos na same price range din naman, some even higher. The only other ad I've ever come across where I also fell in love with the house was somewhere in the scout area. Syempre, way out of my rent budget, as expected. But it was really lovely.

Kaya hindi rin ako masyado excited to get a condo unit anywhere even if I come across good deals, kasi talagang my idea of a place to stay is something with character, not a boxy, cookie-cutter place. Though alam ko mabenta ang condos ngayon (or hindi na ba masyado?) and a lot of people are really happy to own one, but to each his own, I guess.

The father of my EX texted me last night, inviting me for coffee with the mother tonight. Too bad I am in China now.
Im not sure why they still want to see me, married and with a kid na si EX. Baka gusto maki chika. hehe. Nah, they are just really nice.
Looking forward to see them when i get back.
