^thank you sis! Ngayon lang ako ulit nakapagbasa dito. We took the train nalang from asakusa to tokyo skytree.  Last gala day n namin in tokyo today. We'll be going home tomorrow. Chilly pa dito during our first 2 days pero since yesterday medyo uminit na. NagkAsunburn nga ako kahapon sa disney.

^ Sis, I suggest you map our your itinerary then check fares on Hyperdia. Baka hindi sulit yung JR Pass mo considering within Tokyo ka lang. Me kasi, I already have the places laid out then I checked in Hyperdia our routes and fares. We'll be travelling from Tokyo to Osaka via Shinkansen plus we'll be going to other places outside Tokyo, and as per my computation,  the 7-day JR Pass will pay off. There are other passes available which may be more appropriate for your itinerary. Check them out. Just google.

5.5 days in Tokyo and one or 2 side trips hindi ka naman lugi. Malaki naman ang Tokyo, not enough to go to all parts of Tokyo but 5.5 days masaya na, you can always come back.

You can consider JR Tokyo Wide Pass, if you are planning 2 or 3 side trips around Tokyo, good for 3 consecutive days. Bawat attractions din have their own passes inclusive of transport fare and entry fees, like Hakone has a 2 to 3 day pass and so is Nikko; Kamakura has one too, lalo na if you base yourselves in Shinjuku, which is the starting point for most of them. Kawaguchiko has a highway bus, quicker than the train. May mga passes din ang Tokyo rail companies pero iyon nga lang limited sa lines lang nila; if you want convenience, Suica or Pasmo ka na lang.

You can go to Japan Guide, laid out doon ang transport options, within and outside Tokyo.

We stayed at Hotel Ryumeikan Tokyo last week. I highly recommend this hotel. Nice room, excellent service and good location. It's accross JR Tokyo Station. Super daming restos and stores for japanese knick knacks. Kakaaliw din yung mga food sa daimaru.  Last year naman we stayed at shibuya excel hotel tokyu. Super ok din dito.

Ok lang ba itinerary ko? As much as possible kasi gusto ko ma-cover lahat and sanay naman ako sa lakaran and okay lang sakin siksik yung itinerary.

Any suggestions for Day 4 itinerary na pwede gawin sa morning?

San nakakabili ng Meiji collagen? I heard kasi cheaper here in Japan.

Flight is July last week. Super init siguro by that time.

Meiji shrine and yoyogi park super laki na. Di namin nalibot ng buo yun yoyogi.
