Sis hakunamatata, please mag DIY nalang kayo. Dami ko na kilala super nagsisi sa tours eh. As in hindi naging happy. Sakto pa sa nickname mo diba? For sure kapag DIY "no worries"  First out of the country namin ang HK. Ako ang pilot/captain sa aming tatlo (family of 3 kami) until now bilib na bilib asawa ko sa akin. Akala niya nakapunta na ako before.  Lahat kasi nasa PEX/GT na.

actually most of my travels are DIY kaso this time natakot ako mag DIY kasi outside PH. pero parang nabasa ko nga mas ok mag DIY. any recommendations how to start? I am starting to look for rooms sa airbnb... mas mura nga.

frm TST take MTR going to Central ,then look for exit D  2

There's a free app from playstore on Hongkong MTR. Dito ko lang din nalaman from GT. Our travel is on June pa pero I downloaded and tried the app na, very useful.  You will just input yung to and from points then it will generate what routes to take, anong exit, ilang minutes, etc.

Just finished backreading the whole  thread and I got a lot of info, thanks to our sisses. I'm planning for our first OOC trip kasi and although a year from now pa, I want to be prepared as early as possible with our itinerary. 

^hi sis. Ask ko Lang Kung Anong updated rate Ng DL at OP sa Golden.  Meron ba sila nung DL with food?

I find this rate  from NEW YIU FAI GUEST HOUSE (which is a member of GC Guest House according to their website) and I think this is the best deal for DL ticket so far.  HTH!

You may also try Klook for the tickets. They have a promo now i think its Summer 2500. You'll get P1250 discount for a minimum purchase of P12,500, then will receive a voucher of P1250 discount for your next purchase, minimum of P7000 naman. I used the first P1250 discount for our Disneyland tickets, and the next P1250 discount for our Ocean Park tickets naman. Good deal na din. Okay din sa Golden Crown, but we don't have time to go there and claim our tickets since we will be staying far from the TST or central area.

Next week na trip namin. Will be spending my kid's 7th birthday. A day at Ocean Park and 2 days at Disneyland. Bought our hotel tickets directly from the hotel while the attractions all from klook. Sa BDO nako nagpapalit ng HK dollars. It's our first out of the country trip as a family. Just me and hubby and our 2 little kids. 😊

Downloaded the mtr mobile app and it's so useful. Also the Disneyland app.😁

Someone told me not to print the plane, hotel tickets and klook vouchers anymore. But I printed it anyway. My phone's battery might get empty.

Travel tax automatic na ba sa airport na discounted for kids?

^Oo sis, kaya nga if you are staying in TST area, parang isang tumbling nalang ang Ocean Park. And yes, automatic na discounted. Sinabay ko nalang yung kid ko sa akin sa counter para makita noong officer and I paid them exact amount (kids with discount na).
