Cebu Pacific kami sa March, first international flight naming mag-anak. Sana maging smooth lahat, pero almost lahat ng domestic flights namin sa Cebu Pacific. Sa kanila kasi ako nakaka score talaga ng good deal.

Infairness yung Tita ko nasa HK ngayon, naka slippers lang.  Pero naka coat naman.

Kung deals lang, makaka-score ka talaga ng sulit fares sa Cebu pac pag may promo. For me, kung HK naman okay na rin. 2 hours lang naman plane ride. Yun nga lang, malaki ang chance na ma-delay 'yung flight. 'Wag lang siguro gumawa ng sched na tour agad on the first day, or papasok ka agad sa work pagbalik. Hehe!

But if not promo fares, parang comparable na ang price ng PAL and Ceb Pac. In that case, I'd choose PAL kasi libre na bagahe. Mas gusto ko rin airport (T2) pag PAL. Hehe.

Hello! We are planning to go to Hong Kong this year. 1st out of the country trip namin ito with our 5yr old daughter.

Question lang gaano kasulit mag stay sa Disney's Hollywood hotel/Hong Kong Disneyland hotel? Or mas sulit ba na sa ibang hotel nalang mag stay?

Iniisip ko kasi mas less hassle sa daughter namin kung magstay kami sa Hollywood hotel since ito yung nearest sa Disneyland? (Correct me if im wrong po).

Or ok lang yung transpo?  Yung isang hotel kasi na nirerecommend sa amin is Ymca Salisbury Hong Kong.

^if budget is not an issue, I'd say go for any of the Disney hotels for the convenience. Lalo na if you plan to stay the whole day at the park. The hotel is nice. But, unless your goal is for your kid to have the whole Disney experience, I don't find anything extraordinary about it. You can visit naman the hotels even you're not staying there.

Ang laki pa ng price difference niya from outside hotels. But we always stay there for the convenience. Ang layo kaya ng lakad from the entrance of the park to taxi stand or shuttle/train station. After a whole day stay at the park (opening to closing) it will be a struggle to carry a tired child to the station then add to that the commute going home to a hotel outside Disney. We did that when we went to Universal in Singapore and it was exhausting!

^ sis if we will stay in one of the Disney hotels, gaano nalang kabilis ang travel time from the park to the Disney hotel? Super lapit nalang ba nya? (Sorry inosenteng tanong haha)

Once you board the bus, probably more or less 5 mins lang. the bus passes by the Disney Hotel first to drop off hotel guests then Disney Hollywood. You can even opt to go back to the hotel in the middle of the day to rest. Then, go back later in the afternoon.

During one of our visits, one of our kids got sick on our day 2 at the park. My son and I went back to the hotel, while my husband stayed behind at the park with our girls. If we were staying  then at a hotel outside Disney, umuwi kaming lahat. But since the Hollywood hotel is very near, my husband didnt worry that I'll be traveling alone with our son.

Btw, may exclusive line ang hotel guests going in the park. Shorter line compared to the others

Mga sis how much ang entrance sa Disneyland. Got the price from Klook and HKD website and mas cheaper sa Klook. Still thinking kung kukuha na lang kami sa agent ng package or mag DIY?

^^Definitely go for DIY sis. Bukod sa makakamura na, hawak mo pa yung time nyo kasi you can go whereever, whenever. Sa tour kasi naku, ang daming inaantay. For example, 10 am nag-oopen ang Disneyland, yung tour bus nyo, susunduin na kayo ng 7 am pa lang kasi magsusundo pa sa ibang guests sa hotels tapos idadaan kayo sa souvenir shops.

Hi! Exactly one month until my bf and I fly to HK

I have a question lang regarding our budget. Hindi ako makapag decide how much ba ang enough na money na dadalhin. Ayoko kasi magpapalit ng sobrang dami tapos di namin maubos. Lugi na pag pina convert back to PHP

Here's our itinerary:

Day 1
8:00 ETD NAIA
10:30 ETA HK
-- city tour c/o travel agency --
2:00PM Check in at Hotel then free time

3:00PM Balak namin pumunta ng The Peak since we have tickets at Trick Eye Museum

Day 2
Disneyland the whole day
Ladies' Market and Sneaker's street at night

Day 3
12PM check out. Shopping for pasalubong then 9PM flight back to MNL

Is PHP 20,000 (around 3,000 HKD) too much for a simple itinerary like ours?
Basically ang gagastusan lang namin ay:
- fare for MTR
- fare for Peak Tram
- food (streetfoods lang okay na. haha sa Disneyland lang yata kami mapapagastos kasi mahal dun)
- pasalubong

Or may ma-sa-suggest pa bang ibang pwedeng puntahan na pwede maisingit sa schedule namin?

^ Bayad na Disneyland, etc sis? For 2 na ba? Okay na yan, imo As I said before 20k din nagastos ko nung April trip ko, kasama na airfare, airbnb accommodation 2 nights, Disneyland ticket, Ngong Ping 360 ticket dun.

If you really want to be sure, 10K palit mo. Tapos just bring the 10k in pesos sa HK. Dun ka nalang magpalit marami naman around TST, just in case lang.

Yes, for 2 and bayad na lahat ng tickets. As in food, MTR fare, and pampasalubong na lang.
Omg talagaaaa? pati airfare and accommodation? so sobra sobra na pala to. Haha! Medyo praning lang kasi ako ma short sa pera.

Yung 10k ko naka USD pa. Yung 10k naka peso. I dont know what to do sa totoo lang. Hahaha.
Mas wise ba if dun nalang sa HK papapalit ang USD to HKD?

Thanks sis. Maybe DIY na nga lang and if kasama ang brother and sis in law ko we might stay in Airbnb apartment para makatipid tsaka makapagluto na din.

hello! since fully booked na golden crown on our travel date sa hk, may nabook ako thru airbnb Orchid Inn ang name sa Yau Ma Tei, anyone here na nakapag-stay na dun? pahingi naman po feedbacks and reviews about sa stay experience..

and also, makkihingi na din sample itinerary 5D4N stay for 2 (me and hubby)..first international trip namen to and its also my birthday celebration..budget na din po and mga places to eat and buy souvenirs..salamat ng marami!

Sis any feedback sa Chungking Mansion in TST area. Madami kasing good deals na hotel/hostels doon. Does it like Little India or Bugis ng SG ang TST? Hindi naman kami maselan basta may matutulugan at maliliguan lang.

You  may want to google Chungking Mansion rape incident sis. Although, the incident happened years ago, the idea that something like that happened in that area would definitely keep me awake if I decide to stay there. IMO Maraming good/cheap guesthouses ang nairecommend na dito sa thread. Just back read sis to help with your decision.

Sis kateguerzon08, kelan travel dates niyo?

Kami naman sis icegayle, eyeing sa Mirador Mansion kami. Pinapili ko kasi anak ko, nice hotel pero no toy shopping nalang or so-so hostel pero may toy shopping  Nanaig ang toys. May nakita ako sa PEX eh ito name oh baka bet niyo RENT A ROOM Quick Residence, HONG KONG (name sa Facebook) inside Mirador Mansion yan.
