Anyone feeling the opposite? Im not sad, I'm not extremely happy din naman. Chill lang ako lagi. Lol. Maybe because I'm having a boy? Ewan. Hehe. I watched White Helmets the other day and akala ko maiiyak ako kasi I normally cry pag mga ganitong documentary. Wala naman nangyari sa kin. Hehe. My cravings only appeared on the first trimester. Ngayon, wala na. Everytime we eat out, si hubby na lagi pinapapili ko kasi wala akong maisip kainin, as in. So kahit ano lang.

Parang minsan naisip ko may mali ata kasi two of my workmates asked me (on separate occasions) kung naiyak daw ba ako during the ultrasound. Sa isip ko, am I suppose to? Haha.

Walang help from my family and wala rin avaialable for my inlaws.

SAna makayanan ko to sis.

oh, wag ka na malungkot sis! pregnancy hormones lang yan for sure. ako din preggy and i travel everyday to and from work all the way to batangas. i was thinking of boarding na din soon para di kami pagod kahit hanggang 2nd sem lang pero di pa ako maka decide ;D

it's really hard mag-isa lalo na sa sitwasyon natin and of course, iba p din yung may nag aasikaso at nakakausap tayo. look for other options na lang like a boardmate or relative/friend na working din sa makati na pwede mo makashare sa rent para may makasama ka.

there will even be more hormonal changes after you have given birth, coupled with the stress of taking care of your newborn baby, it can be very confusing to be feeling happy and then sad, in a span of a few minutes. the tougher case are those that develop into post parts depression.

best solution is a network! of friends, of family, of fellow moms like this group. or your mom, mom in law, sisters and best friends who are moms too, they will be the best people to talk these feelings out with because they have been there and they would understand.

^tama ka dyan nagkaroon din ako ng slight post patrum after giving birth need talaga ng mga mommies ng support from their love ones. Ako I feel so confused why I feel sad samantalang dream din namin magkababy. I told to myself I should be happy pero wala may mga times umiiyak pa ako. Good thing my husband understands and nasabihan na sya ng ob ko regarding that. But now I am totally fine and back to normal.

Kaya natin to mommies, look on the bright side na lang lagi and think how blessed we are kasi we'll finally meet our babies in few months. Minsan may iccrave ako tapos sasabihin nya 'bukas bili tayo' naiinis din ako, parang life and death minsan e.

31 weeks today and I have been overly emotional. Sometimes I'd cry over silly things.. after a few minutes when I realized how silly it was that I cried.. I cried again for being unreasonable! also been feeling so heavy and out of breath.

And wala rin akong makuhang support from families and inlaws para may makasama ako sa house.
