Grabe si Karen D. halatang bias, lol. She asked if magandang ehemplo ka ba sa mga kabataan (something like that), Digong said YES, and muntik niya na masabi "Sigurado ka ba" pero hindi niya tinuloy. She's more like Karen DEVILa!

At soooo bias ng ABS!! They have this tweet quoting Du30:
 "If they don't agree, I will go to the nearest border, wave the PH flag, and fire at them."

CNN tweeted the same quote:
 "I will ask to be brought to the nearest border and plant a flag there. I will say, 'this is ours' ".

I was waiting for Karen Davila to ask Roxas about the mining but she was not able to do so because she can not handle to interrupt Roxas with his lengthy answers which is obviously not abiding the rules.

Mas nagustuhan ko program  ng presidential debate ng TV5 & CNN Phils. Halatang aral na aral na sila Duterte at Poe kanina. Medyo nakakalungkot panoorin si Sen Miriam. Matalino pa rin pero Hindi na siya ganon katalas. Loading siya kanina. Halatang may sakit talaga.

At the end of the debate, I noticed ABS CBN big bosses approached the candidates. Handshakes were given but what stood out for me is when one of their big boss, Cory Vidanes (newly appointed COO for Braoadcast) gave Mar a warm hug and a peck on the cheek ( eh di close nga sila, take note si Mar lang ang ginawan nya kanina. The rest handshakes lang sya).. Oh di ba alam na why every word of Duterte were being twisted by this network. Tsk tsk. Huli na sila agad when they misquote Duterte about his stand on China and PH issues on west phil sea.

Hindi ko gawain mag comment sa social media accounts ng celebrities, pero di ko talaga napigilan kanina mag-comment sa Insta ni Karen Davila. Kumulo dugo ko sa pagiging biased nya kay Mar!! Naturingang moderator, nag-rereact at sobrang halata ang facial expressions?? Pumu-pushback pa?? Kamusta naman teh?!! Glorified newsreader ka lang talaga. Mas gugustuhin ko pa yung bulgar na manner ni Mike Enriquez kahit annoying ang boses eh fair sa lahat ng kandidato.

Natatawa ako sa sagutan nila Mar and Digong sa Philhealth issue. Digong naman, impossible naman siguro na kahit isang tao sa Davao City eh hindi naka avail ng Philhealth benefits. Na-corner sya ni Mar doon. Nagustuhan ko lang talaga yung banat nya na parang kung naniniwala ang mga Pilipino sayo, eh bat huli ka sa ratings? hehe


At nung tinanong sya regarding the contributor, ang sabi nya nasa bukid.. ang iniisip ko dito eh he's pertaining to farmers and other ordinary people na gumagawa ng mga sariling tarps nya at sumusuporta sa kanya.

The Presidential debate was a flop for me..

1. halata masyado un bias ng network.. maka Yellow talaga sila and they made it no secret..
2. halata na rehearsed na ni Mar ang kanyang mga sagot isama mo pa un anecdotes nya. na hinde naman sya ganun nun past debates. hinde rin sya mukhang harrassed dito kase nga parang nasa home court sya.
3. halata na ang moderator ay kampi sa isang candidate lang - see Karen Davila's facial expressions, tone of voice and the muscle tension sa neck nya while she unsuccessfully tries to hide her disgust..
4. hinde naitanong kay Mar un latest issues against his party like Kris and the choppers, the envelope giving at their rallies, the miserable state of the LRT and MRT, our airports, EDSA etc.
5. hinde masyado maganda un tapatan nila.. i was hoping for Mar vs Digong.. pero i loved MDS when she asked Mar is he has 3 competencies that is needed in a President.
6. the format was not as well planned as the CNN Phils debate
7. the candidates were so docile.. hehe, siguro pagod na kase nga last leg na eto..
8. MDS was not as fierce and feisty so i miss that..

Digong was calm, collected and steady.. he made remarkable points. he was on point always.. he got asked about the contractualism, martial law, rape remark, his financier - nagtataka siguro sila bakit dami nya supporters inspite of his limited funds, international relations, China issues, womens rights, drugs - may sundot pa na kung meron sya anak na nasangkot sa droga, him being a good role model to the youth etc, federalism, Peace process for Mindanao etc.. lahat ng yan nasagot nya ng ayos..

I think Digong contradicted Mar because Mar claimed zero na ang babayaran and no excess na yung sa Philhealth. Eh nung nanganak nga ako di binawasan ng Philhealth ko yung hospital bill ko. Only SSS eh loan rin naman yung SSS. Kaloka....

Duterte pulls away despite rape talk flap

CONTROVERSIAL Davao City Mayor Rodrigo R. Duterte has widened his lead over rival presidential candidates, according to a new Social Weather Stations (SWS) pre-election survey taken amid the uproar over his rape joke involving an Australian lay minister killed in a 1989 prison riot.

Mr. Duterte posted a voter preference rating of 33%, according to a survey of 1,800 validated voters interviewed on April 18-20 (with sampling error margins of ±2 points). This was up six points from the 27% seen in the March 30-April 2 face-to-face survey, when he first snatched the lead from erstwhile frontrunner Sen. Grace Poe.

In comparison, Ms. Poe’s standing steadied at 24% from 23% in the previous survey.

Administration standard bearer former Interior secretary Manuel A. Roxas II overtook Vice-President Jejomar C. Binay, a former frontrunner whose popularity has significantly eroded as opponents linked him or members of his family to purportedly irregular deals. Messrs. Roxas and Binay each scored 19% and 14%, respectively, from 18% and 20% previously.

Senator Miriam Defensor-Santiago continued to trail behind at 2%, slightly lower than the 3% she posted previously.

The survey was conducted a day after his rape joke during a sortie became publicly known. A video circulating on social media showed Mr. Duterte feigning regret for not getting to rape Australian missionary Jacqueline Hamill himself.


For his part, Mr. Duterte’s spokesperson Peter Tiu Laviña said “this is most encouraging result given that the black propaganda against Duterte intensified during this period.”

“This only affirms the strong clamor of our people for genuine change. Duterte has become a rallying symbol for all classes -- poor, middle and rich -- long fed up with ‘trapos’ messing up our country. We shall make use of the support of our people as inspiration to ensure their victory on May 9,” Mr. Laviña said in a text message, using the Filipino word for “rag” that has been adopted to refer to “traditional politicians”.

I don't understand why Karen would ask personal questions such as asking if my drug addict sa mga anak ni Mayor D.  I was like.. whaaaattt?! I always favor ABS compared to their rival networks. But the debate last night changed my mind. Boycott ABSCBN!!

funny pa lage nya mention na "un mga sinasabi nila ginagawa o nagawa na namin (administrasyon Aquino).." buti nga na supalpal sya nun sagot si Binay about sana hinde pala sya namatayan kung totoong meron na ganyan (philhealth) at un tungkol sa new trains na delivered na raw para sa LRT and MRT sabi Binay eh bakit mahaba pa din pila at late ang mga trains ng LRT at MRT? parehong walang witty comeback si Mar dyan..

hinde nga nasundot un hinde pa naumpisahan na LRT line extension punta sa Bacoor. pero namention un ni Mar. meron na nga daw bidding for line extension from Bacoor to Laguna area ata un.. eh 2010 project pa nila yan.. ipit ata nila un mga project eh para matapos sa term nila.. para meron pa sila maiyabang na nagawa na.. pero it took them years to award the bidding!!! anyare??? hinde magkasundo sa hatian?
