on his future dealings with international countries, let's remember that when he was mayor in davao, he already interacted with them.

malapit na election and hes leading the surveys. it was just normal his bashers would milk the issue. it was sad that they missed to note what he did before - exchanging himsel with the hostages. and after, when he himself shot those criminals.

i dont have business or political interests why i want him to be our president. my family and relatives are mostly ofw's so wala kaming negosyo sa pilipinas or relative na politiko. in fact, kung uunlad ang pilipinas, bababa ang value ng aming remittances hahaha! nanghina ako nung nanalo si noynoy but was willing to give him a chance. but we all know what has been happening. now i really want a real change. i want discipline among the people that is inspired by its leader. i want a sincere and honest police force. i want a sincere public service. i want what has happened in davao to start happening in the Philippines as a whole. Duterte was a good mayor and based on his records, he would do his well. so as president, im confident he will also perform well. he won't make philippines rich or 100% crime-free in 6 years. he is not God. he can't do miracles. but he will be a dedicated and hardworking public servant, who has already shown he is willing to die for the public. so yes, Duterte pa rin.

Haven't really watched yung "full" envelope video. Not interested eh. But husband did, nakita ko yung ibang scene and tama ka @chicafabulosa na mukhang kuha sa old touchpad pa na mobile phone. (no discrimination meant here po..) kaya ang galing nga kung pinagtagping video yun. so yung investigation na yun mababaon na lang yun sa limot as usual!

MDS din talaga ko before, and true na she won't win but I believe she could be the adviser of Digong. Especially sa mga international issues.

I want to unleash my feelings about the current rape remarks, coz i know most of us here are way more open minded and logical when it comes to opinions compared sa facebook.

Anyway, yes it was really really really a bad joke to pull off, specially in front of media and to those intellectually challenged supporters of either party. But to me, he might be babaero or manyak in his own, but as long as he doesn't cross that line and no one is acusing him, of him being the rapist, I will not lose my respect to him. I bet it was just to lighten up the conversation, which gone horribly wrong, because you know kapag nasa crowd ka, you want to people to have reaction, and laughing at his remarks will make him feel na, ay buti di sila nabobored. Good thing he owned it up and apologize. I'd rather choose him, an evil that you know, you know his weaknes, you know his strength and you have a view of his intentions. Rather than choosing who are politically correct and very smooth when it comes to presenting themselves, we have no overview kung ano intention nila bakit nila inaasam ang highest power in the Philippines, we don't know what they can do behind the desk at sila-sila lang ang nakakaalam. And all they can say are those flowery words, carefull sa binibitawan nila and making sure that they don't pissed off anyone. Is this a president that you want? yung hindi ka inooffend sa sinasabi? For me no, I want someone who act on things really quick,na may logic, may sense.

MDS and Digong are real friends for long time. And she even defends Duterte on the human rights violation accusations thrown at him. She even calls Digong as her bestfriend.

During Duterte's 60-second opening speech he opted to start it with, "It's good that Ma'am Miriam is here. She's one of the two only qualified to run this country as president."

When the issue of graft and corruption was brought up, Santiago said that Duterte is one of the very few who have fought it.

"Everybody speaks out but nobody has done very much except Mayor Rody Duterte." To which Duterte answered with a surprised smile.

When Santiago was questioned about her decision to run despite the fact that she just battled Stage 4 cancer, Duterte, instead of rebutting her answer, chose to defend Santiago,

"She's telling you the truth and truth is very important. I do not see Miriam passing away in the next 20 years," Duterte said.

When the debate concluded, Duterte assisted Santiago from her podium on the way to her assigned spot on the stage.

I have a comment in Christine Babao's IG because she said that let us choose leaders that our children can emulate and look up, medyo mahaba ang post niya which is walang namang masama, most of the comment have the fist icon (Du3o), and I commented:

If you are looking for a leader that your children can emulate then that is not the President's role it is the parents role then go look for a priest to become your leader.. because President are to meant to be the leader.

Then she replied that she begged to disagree that is because it is one of the characteristics of a leader, they should be a good example then she said at the last part that if I continue to argue she would have to block me (which is fine by me, and be my guest)

and so I replied:

That there is no argument here, just points need to be taken, and our leaders now and even before are without a doubt good example to our children, but why I still do not see any difference and I do not feel any changes? We have the same advocacy that is to have a better country. God bless the Philippines.

Then I screen shot the comment and replies, after a while she blocked me!

My ears bleed when Duterte speaks.
God, that *censored*.
I have lost count of the times I flip away from his interview on the local channel.
I flip since 2004 when I moved to Davao.
I cringe.
Traumatized at times.
So I re-evaluated.
Really, I did.
What are the risks?
What are the uncertainties?
What is certain?
Binay and Mar are certainties.
Certain that they would be incompetent for the job,
Given their track, their blunders, plunders, etc…face palm.
They may be good people (still questionable).
But I’m looking for a good president.
Poe is an uncertainty.
The probabilities are not known.
Inexperienced.
No record to boast of.
Just a soothing voice. And poise. Period.
Duterte, with his bad jokes, is a risk.
But the probabilities are known…very known.
He doesn't joke about governance.
I don't know how that *censored* does it,
When he does it.
He does the dirty work we will never understand.
And we feel safe with him in office.
His achievements include…
Shall I enumerate?
It’s long.
Note, there is no record of violation of rights..
Women, LGBT, etc.
Except for the “murders” of criminals…
Alleged murders.
Which I seem to like...I admit.
At least im the one alive.

Kung ang argument nila ay yung fact na di magandang example si Duterte sa mga bata, eh di tingnan nila yung Davao. Yung mga tao at bata ba dun palamura? Yung mga tao ba dun rowdy at walang disiplina? Eh kung tutuusin mas disiplinado nga yung mga tao dun kesa dito sa Manila. Sumusunod sa batas ang mga tao dun, hindi nagkakalat kung saan saan - yan ang City na pinamumunuan ng Mayor na "hindi magandang example".

@super bratinella - I have a friend who reposted that one and she even said "Is he a real lawyer? why would he defende a pervert and self confessed killer like Duterte?" (referring to Bruce and they even chorused saying he is hypocrite since he is also one of the lawyers of Napoles) this is the very same nagmamalinis na kaibigan ko all the time. I must admit this feeling elitista group are self proclaimed Christians pa daw kuno. But they are the very first people who judges other people because of their choices, looks, the way the speaks and the way they dress up. I just simply replied to them two bible verses (which I also posted here), seems like they blocked me LOL

If the basis of electing a President is for our kids to have someone to look up to, then it is wrong. We parents should be the kids role models. And none of the our presidents are even a good role model for our kids. None of them have a perfect or stellar record of being straight and clean. None of them can be a role model for my kid. so why would Christine Babao look a for president that can be a role model to her kids, ang tanong sino ba ang tingin nya sa past Presidents ang qualify to her standards?

as for the revolution question, that I am not sure. But I have seen some posts that calls for revolution if Duterte will not win. It is simple lang naman, if sobrang dami ng voters talaga that will go for Duterte di nila (COMELEC and the Admin or others) cannot cheat. Just like Erap, sa dami ng voters, mahirap talaga sya madaya.

Let's just hope and pray talaga na he will win. The way he presents himself to the media, other countries, people can be refined when he wins.
