Hi mga sis! Pasali ako.

Nako, budget nga din ang pinoproblema ko..

So far, church 15k  and venue 25k palang ang nakikita namin.. Di pa sila nagaallow mag book kasi july2019 pa naman [textspeak!] wedding..

Pero nakakastess lalo na any tips po for budget friendly suppliers?

Mejo wala ako problem for the caterer kasi may family member kami na merong catering business

Kami over na sa 200,000 including yung gift from my mom. Here's the initial breakdown:

Church - 10,000 (inclusive of flowers and priest only)
Reception - 50,000 (We'll be having a Vikings reception so medyo nakatipid kami dito plus sulit pa)
Reception styling - 15,000 (since table centerpieces and backdrop lang allowed sa Vikings)
HMUA - 11,000 (bride + 2moms)
Hotel - 15,000 (2br suite)
Church soloist - 7,000
Crew meal - 3,000 (estimate)
L&S - 5,000 (yung lowest na nainquire ko)
Entou bouquet (DIY) - 5,000
Invites - 5,000
Souvenirs - 5,000
Transpo - 10,000
Prenup shoot - 10,000
Discovery weekend - 7,500
OTD Coor - 7,000

Eto yung sana feasible sa budget:
Bridal gown and groom's attire - 20,000

TOTAL: 178,500

If included yung photog na gift from my mom, 223,500 na kami!
Hindi pa included dito yung iba pang expenses like baka kami yung magshoulder ng damit ng family ni h2b. -_-

Church - correct yan. sa amin din included na flower arrangement
Reception - naisip ko din yan kaya lang malayo na sa church namin. Good deal na nag 50k ha. Thumbs up!
Flowers (reception styling, entou flowers) - wala bang package nito?
Church soloist - kung may friend ka na magaling kumanta, baka pwede mo hingin as gift ang pagkanta nya? ganun ginawa ko. hehe
Photo/Video - walang free prenup?

but in all, good budget ka na.

sis @bleusirene long prep time pa.. oo nga pala, part din siguro na province pa yung area namin. Cainta sis isama mo din sa budget yung mga papers. and suggestion ko is sa SM kayo kumuha ng mga NSO docs para hassle-free. pati yung form super simple lang. may date silang ibibigay kung kelan makukuha.. ay, daldal ko na. haha

Ive asked several suppliers sa province  parang overrated ang rates nila pag ibabased mo sa portfolios nila online. Ex is the HMU they quoted 15k for traditional make up + 7 heads, church flowers for 20k, PV for 45k without SDE.

If you are on a budget you don't have to have everything na nakikita ninyo in other weddings.  Don't be pressured by fancy weddings that it's the norm.  If it's a small wedding, you can just have the reception in restaurant.  Go to a salon & have your hair & makeup para was mura.  If you want it cheaper, don't tell the salon that it's your wedding kasi iba rate nila but basically the same make up.  I did my own make up on our wedding.  young cake, you can just buy from Red Ribbon or Goldilocks.  They have nice cakes & masarap.  All i'm saying is not to pressure yourselves to keep up with others

hi sisses! super agree ako kay sis vanity fair. Kung limited lang talaga ang budget, no need na i-incorporate sa wedding natin lahat ng nakikita natin sa ibang mga weddings kasi lalaki talaga ang gastos. I really want a dream wedding, sino ba namang hindi diba hehe? pero dahil limited lang din ang budget namin, todo search na lang talaga ako ng mga murang suppliers na sa tingin ko ay okay ang quality/service na maipo-provide. I'll make sure na lang na kahit budgeted eh dream wedding pa rin ang mangyayari, ang importante lang naman sa akin ay maging maayos ang wedding ko. haha. Kaya natin to mga sis!

As of now, mga damit plang ang naackaso q kc sagot namin lahat yun ayw kc ni h2b na magastusan pa yung mga abay namin..kaya ayan super need na ibudget yun..
Thankful din [textspeak!] dahil may mga friends [textspeak!] na willing tumulong and with that makakatipid [textspeak!] q..yung sa cake namin igagawa lang [textspeak!] ng isa kong friend since marunong sya mag-bake..yung sa invitations kami2 lang dn ang gagawa, may printer nman na dn kami..then yung pre-nup yung mga kaibgan q lang din ang magmake-up samin at ang nka-budget lang namin dun is 2k lahat lahat na..yung sa band and host yung mga kaibgan q lang dn since tumutugtog dn cla sa mga bar..so kaya natin ma-meet ang ating budget. i-maximize lang dn natin ang talents ng ating mga kaibigan at kapamilya...they are very willing to help lalo na for this very special event..
Positive [textspeak!] na mamimeet q yung budget namin dahil magstart na dn [textspeak!] mag-diy ng mga bouquets..nanood lang [textspeak!] sa youtube kung paano..then keri nman..yun lang nga mag-aallot ka ng maraming time since nagwowork din [textspeak!]..

100k-150k for 50 guests? imo, that's waaaaay too much! para maka-less gastos kayo, look for suppliers within the area ng wedding place ninyo. Less cost din kung provincial. super expensive naman ng HMUA. Look for HMUA on promos but make sure to stalk their pages/profiles for feedbacks. taga-saan ka pala? baka may kilala akong suppliers near your area.

@annsanpedro sa tarlac ang provice namin sis. Yes sis, for me din ang mahal ng rate ng hmua. Nag sstalk din nga ako sa IGs and FBs ng suppliers samin. So far eto ang nasa list ko but hindi pa ko nag bubook hoping na may mas affordable pa.

Invites - (vente invites) pasig based sila. Very affordable kasi may tig 25 sila.
Hmua -tarlac based. Rate is 10k for 8heads but negotiable pa daw sya.
P＆V (cesardiaz) pinaka basic is 15k with prenup na but ayaw ko na mag pa prenup.
Venue(lsquare hotel) price per head starts at 395, free basic styling na din so that's 20k.
Church &entourage flowers - Im thinking of DIYing it.
Bridal bouquet(the papertown fabric bouquet) 3500 cascading semi brooch bouque.
Cake red ribbon or goldilocks celebration cake or kung may mas cheaper pa since di naman to masyadong nakakain.
Gown- neighbor ng isang bm ko yung mananahi ng isang mid range gown designer so sakaniya na lang wedding dress namin ni HTB. 15k for both of us na.
Entourage gowns- 2moms, 4bm and 1 fg- hanap na lang akong tela and design then ipapatahi sa amin.

hmua - hanap ka ng naka-promo. as in isa-isahin mo profiles at promo rates nila.
p&v - same with hmua, hanap ka din ng promo.
church flowers - wala bang package sa church nito?
bridal & entou flowers - mas maganda pa din ang fresh flowers
cake - again, look for promo.

ang hmua & p/v nung wedding ko ay parehong promo. yung cake ko ay gawa ng friend ko kaya lesser price namin nakuha.

Wala kaming weddin singer/band mejo mahal kasi. Lahat canned music lang.

Checked with peach blossoms restaurant and at less than 25k meron na reception good for 50 guests.

We want to keep it 80k all in na. Church. Papers. Reception. Clothes. Rings.

Ok naman ang no frills wedding? Ano ba mangyayari sa church? Need pa ba ng secondary sponsors? Family and a handful of friends lang balak namin invite.

We?replanning to use our savings for the house we got from pagibig instead of the wedding itself. Ang importante lang naman sa parents ay makasal sa church.
