The biggest savings that we had was our Photo/Video supplier.  If not for them, we will pass 200k

Here's what we got for free from them.

Out of town fee - valued at 10k (prenup and wedding in Angeles, Pampanga)
Lights and Sounds - valued at 11k for 150 pax
OTD Coordinator - valued at 10k (their Lead guide as all the way)

I also plan to DIY the invites, we allotted 1k budget for that. Paper lang naman eh, realistic kaya?

Kung may sariling printer kayo na full yung ink, yes kaya naman pero depende pa rin sa number of guests.

Yung akin 1 page lang yung invitation so I only spent about Php300-400 for that with the envelopes. This is for 50 people. The invitation just mentions direct-to-the-point details like the wedding date, ceremony and reception time and venue, what to wear then there's a note at the bottom mentioning that if they want to give us gifts, we prefer cash, expressed through a poem

hi sis marywater, that's how they do it in the US and some other countries.
Not everybody should know naman talaga the entourage, pero yun na kasi nakasanayan dito sa atin. If all couples would do that, alot would be saved talaga kasi kumakain din nga ng budget itong invitation. Good job!

^ Kung 100 guests, yes baka alanganin 1k, but a friend of mine had over 100 guests once. Ang binigyan lang nya ng invitations would be those who are part of the entourage. Then isang invitation na lang per family. The rest, Facebook invite na lang (Private Event).

I myself created a private event on Facebook para updated mga guests with all the necessary wedding details they need to know, especially directions going to the ceremony and reception venues.

Nakahanap kami ng venue and catering for 150 guests in Quezon City for a weekday wedding.
So far, ang nasa budget pa namin ay Village Patio by Tarlaquena in Maginhawa (118k) and La Piazza by Albergus (121k) in Capitol drive, inclusive of food, venue, sounds, tax, and service charge.

Kaso since civil kami, better na isa nalang ang venue ng reception and ceremony. So medyo alangan pa din kami dahil sa venue. May comments ba kayo about sa La Piazza or sa Village Patio?

In terms of food, alam namin masarap ang Albergus kasi matagal na kami kumukuha ng food dito for my family. Pero iyong sa Tarlaquena, mag scheschedule pa lang kami ng food tasting. And pupuntahan pa lang namin sila sa Saturday. Any comments?

Php 20,000 - Gowns, suit and Entourage clothes
Buti simpleng babae lang ako so super simple ng gown ang peg ko na kaya daw ng less than 10k. Suit might be at 6-7k. Entourage gowns, irent ko lang ito and willing naman sila. The place I will rent gowns from are great naman. Malinis sila and maganda gowns!)

Hi sissies! We're planning to get married aug 2018. And 100k - 150k sana target budget namin. Nag eestimate pa lang ako and wala pa ako maski isa nabu-book pero nakakastress na. Haha. Nasa ipon stage pa lang kami and hopefully, madami maipon at least 1st qtr next year. Tips naman para sa mga affordable but good suppliers near bacoor cavite. Thanks!

^hi 2018 bride din ako. napadpad ako dito para kumuha tipid tips.  So far naisip ko ako na lang print ng invite. Modern minimalist ang peg para less ink yet elegante. Ang inspiration ko ay yung kay Kaye Abad feature sa bride and breakfast yata yun.

Ang ikinaka frustrate ko so far ay ang venue. Bakit ang mahal mahal venue lang.

Anyway sharing some tipid tips.i got from reading blogs and forums.
1. recycle the flowers from church to venue. Yun daw mga flowers ng abay can be arranged to be the centerpiece.

2. Sa photo and video maybe pwede na skip yun mga growing up photos slideshow sa package. Pwede na tayo ang gumawa nun. Madami na app. Iniisip ko din na skip na muna ang wedding album. After the wedding na lang.

3. Yun guestbook maybe pwede DIY.
4. Yun number of guest ilimit lang talaga sa those that matter. Wag iinvite porket ininvite ka sa wedding. Yun mga bf gf ng friends at mga pinsan kung di naman kayo close tanggalin na din. Masakit sa loob pero mas masakit sa bulsa. Nagbilang ako at so far ang non negotiable namin na  guests ay 130pax. 100 dyan family. So sinet ko ang guestlist to 150pax. Nun una 200pax. Ilang araw din akong di matahimik pano itrim down. Medyo kumalma ako nun napababa ko sa 150pax. Target ko matrim down pa to 120pax.

Reception - 41,000 for 120pax (small resto lang near the church. as in walking distance sa church)
Preparations Venue - 14,000 for 2 two-bedroom suites
Photo/Video - 5,500. this is a steal kasi naka-promo sila. so many freebies pa (prenup and save the date)
Photobooth - 2,500. discounted kasi kina photo/video din ito
Invitation - 2,000 / 50pcs. very wrong ako dito. kaya ko naman pala gumawa. sayang.
Wedding Coordinator - 6,500 for a team of 6 people including host. OTD lang sila.
Cake Baker - 4,000 / 3-tier naked cake
Bridal Gown & Groom's Suit - 10,500. package. pero dahil palpak ang ang gown ko,
Bridal Couture - 15,000
HMUA - 3,500. bride, 2 moms and groom. steal din ito kasi naka-promo.
HMUA prenup - 2,000. OA na price to think chipipay ang gamit nya.
Florist - 20,000. na malayo sa peg ko pero keri na. wala ng choice nung dumating
Wedding Rings - 7,500. Ongpin. simple design lang. 14karat.
Souvenirs - 1,600 for 40pax na entou
Pica Pica for Guests - 550 . nachos and mallows. wala kasi sa package ng reception ito
Crew Meal - 2,000 fastfood meal for breakfast. lunch included in buffet.
