Hanggang ngayon diskumpyado ako kung kaya ba namin mag stick sa ganitong budget hanggang sa araw ng wedding namin. Kayanin na lang since may mga nagpepledge naman.

hindi namin mafix kung ilan lang yung bisita, sabi ko nga sa mother ko mag rsvp na lang kami para konti lang bisita, but syempre iba pag ang kasal sa province though cavite naman is modernize na.. yung mga kapitbahay nakakahiyang hindi iinvite, ang hirap pag mejo kilala ang pamilya sa lugar hahaha pano kya ang gagawin namin? haha kakaloka we still have 184 days before the big day..

I feel you sis. Haha! Kaya nga nag decide na lang kami na mag-destination wedding kasi kung sa province ko gagawin, mahirap na. Sabi kasi ng tatay ko 90% ng tao sa bayan namin ay kamag anak namin. Nakakaloka! Ang lolo ko dating mayor at tatay ko dating konsehal kaya kilala. Medyo lalayo kami para ma-filter yung guests. Hehe.

sis alexmack, as much as possible hanggang dun ka lang sa pinsan at asawa, wag na masyado sa mga anak, kung malilliit pa sila, they may cause some problems like sa kasal ng tito ko, nakabasag ng centerpiece dahil nagtantrums, limit mo lang sis, sa mga close mo talaga na mga bata...

Hi mga sis! 100k lang budget namin for our wedding pero nung nagbudget na ko, hindi kakayanin:( mag exceed talaga kami. And mas pinili ko na hindi dito sa amin ang wedd sa dami ba naman ng mga relatives, kapitbahay at mga kakilala kailangang takasan. Haha. We planned to invite nalang yung mga close talaga sa amin kasi sila yung mga hindi eat-and-run at hindi mang-iiwan sa ere, unlike others na kapag tapos ng kumain irita ng umuwi. Wag ganern. Haha. Sana lang mawork out ng maayos yung guest list namin at hindi maexceed ng masyado. Happy preps!

Oo nga sis e. Bale na-filter ko na yung guests list namin at so far lower than 80 na lang ang iimbitahin. Sana lang wala nang plus one kasi kakabahan talaga ako nyan.

^^sis doable sya sa tagaytay, basta strict ka sa number of guests. Back read ka sa First part netong thread, si sis smile had a wedding last year with 80 guests. Caleruega-Balay Indang. Balay Indang kasi is free venue and food is worth 750/head. =)

Sabi nga nila palagi, kaya naman. Just focus on the priorities and needs. =)

This is really our goal for our wedding. I tried a budget of 100k for a simple garden wedding with minimal entourage but hindi talaga kaya. We spent most of the budget on venue and catering. We are blessed that our family members sponsored some of the expenses such as wedding rings, cake, hotel accomodations, hmua for entourage, and giveaways or else, we will go beyond the 150k goal or have to cut down some of the costs.

Although I'd like to have a nice and memorable wedding, I cannot bear to spend more than 150k for one day. Gusto ko after the wedding we'd still have savings and a little travel fund. I remember a friend of mine who used to sing at weddings told me that the best weddings she went to weren't necessarily the most lavish. They were the simple, heartfelt ones that really made a mark. That's what I want on my most special day.

Parang doubtful ako sis ANJFinally na doable yung budget sa Tagaytay.

Pero may alam ba kayong caterer na affordable and hindi nagseset ng minimum number of pax around Tagaytay? I have limited number of guests kasi and the caterers whom I have been sending emails may mimimum of at least 100 pax.

For me sis it's really doable. As what I've mentioned, prioritize your needs and be strict sa number of guests.

If you're eyeing for a 100 and above guests, high end suppliers and venue, for sure it won't. But if you're planning for an intimate Tagaytay wedding, with suppliers na kahit hindi kilala pa in the industry, affordable but could satisfy your needs and they could carry out naman the work properly, I think it's really possible.

Be firm sa budgeting, focus on your needs, and limit the guests. Sometimes kaya lang naman nag ba-balloon ang budget dahil sa mga add-ons and sa number of heads since usually per head ang bayad for the food. =)

For us naman sis mag-eexceed kami ng konte sa 150K kasi meron akong gustong i add up. But we'll do our best na hindi kami lalagpas ng 200K. Matinding research lang talaga ang kaylangan and do some DIY's. hehe!

^this is one of our major problems now sis. It's either pilitin naming mag 100 guests or cancel the reservation and look for venues na pwede mag intimate wedding nalang like balay indang. ='(

Sa L&J yung kay Kuya Willie di ba merong P595/head yung package B nila. If dun sa package A, Pag exceed, P795/head.

Nabigyan mo na ako ng workbook mo before.

Sana 200K lang yung udget at hindi na lumagpas dun.
Eventhough na OFW kami both, we don't want to spend mostly of our savings sa kasal kase after nito mas madami pa dapat paghandaan.
