How to fill up eBIR forms

Hi girls! I'm sure we have CPAs here or tax experts, I really need your help 

I'm trying to figure out how to fill up eBIR form 1700. I already downloaded version 6.0 (ito yung nasa BIR website so I guess ito yung latest version). Ok naman, na-download ko na, na-open ko na yung offline eBIR forms page kaso lang, hindi ko ma-enter yung sa part 2 - total tax payable. Naka-gray out yung fields na dapat kong lagyan ng data. I also used eBIR forms last year (version 4.7 yata) pero ok naman. Do you guys have any idea kung bakit ganito or how I can properly fill this up? Any help is highly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi sis. Di talaga mafifill up yan, automatic ma fill up yan ng system once you filled up the other parts. Skip it first go to the next parts..
