Sharing update lang, unfortunately, di kami pwede sa CTK hall. Mixed wedding kasi and di daw allowed na may Christian ceremony sa hall, kaya ayun. tuloy ang venue hunting mode for us. April 2017 bride nga pala ako. ☺

Ours is Tinka Alon. Sa ngayon nagchecheck kami uli ng ibang options. We havent been in any bridal fairs pa kaya clueless pa talaga.

May i know yung list ng suppliers nyo sis?
Alin ba ang ok when it comes to brodal gown? Nagtry kasi ako ng jazel sy, patricia santos, veluz, mostly 100k and up. Naghahanap ako ng mga 60k max pero ok naman na ang design at quality

Is it true na pag photo and vid mas ok if magkaiba at hindi package?

Meron ba kayong marerecommend na stylist/florist for church and reception na affordable? I like cherry blossom setup sa church sana.

Medyo panic mode nadin kasi halos wala pa kami nafinalize mid na ng year.

July 2017 bride here sis at P/V palang nabobook ko. Next month ako magbook ng wedding gown, si Mel Orlina target ko. Tapos August naman sa Catering and Veneu.

^^I think with Palazzo Verde you can only work with their accredited florists. I heard they only have 2 and one of them is Scenta Creations.

So far church and reception palang na-f-finalize namen.
Any feedback with Gretchen Pichay gowns?

^Hi Sis! isa si  Gretchen Pichay sa mga pinagpipilian ko. I was able to get rates from her na din.   In my opinion magaling siya sa lace gowns and  at mukang pulido gawa based on photos on her fb page. Hoping to get more feedback din from other brides who got Gretchen as their designer.

Hi sis! I got Imbitado Events for partial coordination and hosting. Super sulit because I can contact Ayie anytime for inquiries. Even for recommended suppliers. She's very nice, super approachable and gets back to you agad. Kampante ka talaga that you will be in good hands.

I got partial lang since my fiance and I want to be super hands-on with the wedding preps. We're both based here in the Philippines and don't mind doing the research on suppliers.

Ayie of Imbitado Events even sent us some useful documents for our wedding

Sabi mo pa sis! Isaisa ko pang tngnan yung mga IG at FB ng wedding gown designer tapos [textspeak!] price range and then reviews. This is a very critical decision for the bride. But I'm already considering Mel Orlina. Hope you find yours to sis.

hello sissies!

Took a break for a month from wedding preps and now i'm back.

So anyways, I finally cancelled the first MUA I booked. Lesson talaga wag masyado mag book agad sa bridal fairs.

Mariah Santos (MUA)  is really great, you'll get what you pay for talaga. Plus, nagbibigay naman sya ng discount, hiritan lang. Her team gave me a discount sa out of town fee since she's based in pampanga, and sa entourage make up.

Also, since I took a break, hindi ko naasikaso ang pagdown sa coordinator, si La belle fete. They are really good and accomodating, medyo pricey nga lang din talaga.

BUT! Chinkie Uy of Metroeventscape emailed me to check if I've seen the rates she emailed, eh nung nareceive ko kasi medyo naging hopeless na ako to get her kasi mas pricey sya. But she gave me a lower rates, she works around the budget pala and she sees to it that its amenable to you. Dapat lang talaga sabihin kung hanggang saan ka lang. Anyways, I was sure 2 mos ago na si La belle fete na but after talking to Ms Chinkie, I have decided na sya na. And she's so down to earth kausap, minsan kasi pag nakakaintimidate, parang hindi na ikaw ang "boss" of your wedding.

So there, goodluck to us 2017 brides! It's May already! 

Basta advice ko lang, if you are too stressed, take a break for a month or 2, then get things done pag okay ka na ulit. Para iwas break outs and wrinkles. haha!
