hi sissies... i have BPI amore, question lang... can I pay my amount due in 2 separate transactions? for example, i have 12k due.. i have already paid 10k via online.. can I also settle the remaining 2k via online as well before the due date? to avoid interest sana.. thanks in advance :)

I have an instacard with rcbc and I love that rcbc has lower rates and unli zero interest promos kahit wala masyadong freebies, maayos CS nila and madaling kadeal. I will have to withdraw my time deposit na coz we will use the money by the time na magmature this year but sadly my rcbc will also be cut as part of their policy. Iv had this card for over 5 years na ata and I really want to keep it. Is there a way that I can keep the card even after getting my time deposit? Or kelangan magissue ng panibagong card and mag apply pako ng bago?

Thanks

^You've had the secured credit card for 5 years? You can have it converted to a regular credit card already. Yes, you have to apply again, but now you have proof of financial capability from your instacard. Go to RCBC to ask them about converting your secured credit card to a regular one.

Speaking of free for life promo ng Citi, last time i called them, hindi pala tagged as free for life yung AF ko. I was told by their csr to call them again before the card's anniversary to discuss the matter. Hassle lang kasi di pala sya automatic. Pag nacharge daw they will waive naman upon further checking.

Still no BDO cc. I don't know why ang elusive saken ng BDO. maybe because i never opened any account with them at all? Never been declined but tamad naman kasi ako magpass ng mga documentary requirements. Difficult for a government employee to secure those pa. They always look for these pero ibang banks they don't naman. Basta existing cc lang. Hayy. Happy with my bpi and citi naman ako pero i still want BDO. :(

^sis open an account with them tapos wag mo ganong galawin and voila makakakuha ka ng card hehe. Ganun nangyari sakin Dual Gold pa inalok nila.

Love ko HSBC now because of their 0% 6mos installment promo.

I submitted my docs 3weeks ago pa. Nagfollow up ako twice and the made me submit proof of income at residency. Hassle lang na I already submitted those kasama nung application form.

Also, if I apply to different banks, may effect ba? Baka kasi more applications, more chances of getting approved haha

Hi Ladies,

My first ever CC was with BDO they sent me a card since I opened an account with them, Shopwise Mastercard unang send nila sakin then followed by a Forever 21 Card since I applied for that card after a year of maintaining the card I applied for a CITI card and they approved me naman of the CITI Rewards VISA. I opened and transferred my SA from BDO to BPI then they sent me a CC too without me applying for one. Late last year CITI sent me new CC tapos 3 pa sabay sabay so nagulat ako (CITI Cashback, CITI Premiere Miles & Visa Platinum Card) planning to maintain 3 cards lang which is the CITI Premiere Miles, CITI Rewards and one BPI card. I love to travel both Domestic and International and super na appreciate ko ang CITI dahil sa free lounge access and no foreign transaction fee for international purchases. My BPI naman I let my sister use it but she's the one paying for it naman para matuto na siya gumamit ng CC. I think I have a good standing since I always payoff my CC that's why they sent me those 3 cards pero hindi ko kayang imaintain lahat yon so I have to close down the other 2. I have my CITI as no annual fee for 5 years I think and so far naman wala namang AMF [textspeak!] cc ko. :)

sis vainjinir, that is what I did. Applied with BDO, BPI, security bank. mataas yung credit limit na inoffer ng BDO even though I am a first timer kasi malaki deposit ko with them. BPI laging maintaining balance lang so mababa lang din limit. Security bank, I have no account with them, wala pa akong natanggap na call about the application. Yung BDO and BPI both took 2 months to process. parang ganyan din, sinubmit mo na upon application hihingin ulit sayo.

BPI meron pang online purchases na parang "supplementary" card pero sayo naka-assign.
