2 Citibank cards ko. Yung isa Mercury, yung isa naman Rewards. Received it both last year and nag-installment ako ng 2 years. May chance kaya mapa-waive yung AF if ever?

For Citibank, if you're a Citigold account holder automatic waive ang annual fees ng lahat ng credit cards mo. No need na mag-negotiate or threaten to cut your cards para i-waive ang annual fees.

Usually bahay tinatawagan?

Natyempuhan ko rin yung free for life na yan dati, pero ang saklap lang Megaworld na card ang pumasok sa free for life :( ang pinaka useless kong card next to Maybank lol

Regarding sa may installments and ayaw i-waive, sa tingin ko kasi pag pinush mo yung pag cut masisingil ka rin nila nung termination fee na 500 so either way, pabor sa kanila yun.

Himala na lang talagang hindi ako nasingil last year. Dalawa magkahiwalay na installments kong matatapos on Nov pa.

Hello mga sis, just an update... Tumawag na nga ako sa BDO hotline and nagrequest for another reconsideration (5th attempt yata) to waive all charges sa cc ko otherwise i-cut na lang nila. Hindi ko na talaga ginamit card ko after last cut off.

Thankfully, inadjust naman nila pero may iniwan na late payment fee of less than 400 pesos.

Thanks sa replies mga sis! :)

I was charged 2250 for the annual fee of my BPI Gold MasterCard. I asked the annual fee to be waived, na-grant naman, kaso 50% lang. Hindi ko na inireklamo. Ang hirap tumawag sa hotline eh. Matagal pa yung waiting time.

Hello sisses!

Sino sa inyo ang nagka-automatic credit limit increase with metrobank CC last March 24? Like from CL of 35 to 50k naging 200k?
Read this in pex. Di ako nagka-automatic credit limit increase.

Thank you! 😃😃

For those who have the security bank cashback, are you also having trouble getting the 5% rebate (for supermarkets) when you purchase in SnR?

Sis @omneecka

I'm one of those na na-grant ng increase sa credit limit.

Kaso naman, lately ang metrobank, when I was about to pay na sa grocery, declined. Call bank daw. Bakit? I tried calling their hotline since monday to no avail. I checked their twitter page and everyone is making reklamo na hindi nila ma-contact ang customer service center nila. Ugh! Kaka-frustrate!

@madness- Oh my nakakahiya pa naman sis yung ganun. Alam mong may balance ka pa then biglang declined Ka. Metrobank and Eastwest rin.

You mean sis nameet mo yung limit mo for the cutoff?

@chikafabulosa i know! Buti may cash ako nung time na yun.

So buo pa talaga yung credit limit ko.

Natawagan ko na metrobank after days of trying. I linked my PayPal kase with Metrobank tapos nag error. So inulit ko 3x. So parang akala suspicious activity daw. The CSR even assured me na no need to worry kase nga that was me naman. So nakalimutan ko na about it kase holy week pa nangyari yun eh. So balewala pala na tinawag ko na sya before, before pa. Nakakaloka! Ganito ba talaga customer service ng metrobank haha! After ko makausap yung CSR ng fraud department, nag ask tuloy ako ng ticket number or verification number na natawag ko na at okay na. Unfortunately, wala daw ganun. As if naman madali ma contact yung customer service number nila.
