I've been investing sa COL for 3years and also joined Truly Rich Club by BoSanchez since i'm newbie pa about investing in stocks noon. Very helpful kasi mas guided kung what stocks to buy, when to buy or sell. A year later, I was able to able to invest na din sa mutual funds and UITFs.
Im happy to see how my portfolio grow for 3years. Every year i received dividends from my stocks. Kahit small amount lang still my money is earning.

4 months in col and nag gain na ako ng 12k not bad para sa katulad ko na beginner. so happy at nag start na ako mag stock.

Wow ang galing naman  sakin tulog ng taon naiwan kakafangirling na wala naman nahita na kaya balik loob na muna dito sa mas may mapapala haha

Ayos ba yung Truly Rich Club? Wala lang, parang nassketchy-han kasi ako kase di ba Christian group sila tas parang masyadong driven sa pera yung approach ni Bo Sanchez?

^^ mild pa nga yan si Bo Sanchez. Mas financially driven si Dave Ramsey and christian based din ang approach niya sa pera. Sa kanilang dalawa mas gusto ko si Dave Ramsey kasi financial adviser talaga siya by experience kaya mas aggressive advises niya pagdating sa pera at utang. Okay din si Bo Sanchez hindi lang naman pera ang topic niya palagi.

^^ nasa Bible naman sis na God wants us to prosper, but not for our own selfish reasons, but for His glory & kingdom. So for me, okay lang yung ginagawa ni Bo Sanchez. Marami din syang natutulungan sa TRC and sa income nya as well. Money is not evil, love of money is.

I used to be a member sa TRC nung di pa ako familiar kung ano dapat bilhin and such. May freebies pa every month. I eventually cancelled my subscription when I got into technical analysis na.

Reading books help too. Currently reading Jesse Livermore's book "How To Trade Stocks".

Kung mas matagal ka sa stocks there is no such thing as ghost month.

Ang dapat pag-ingatan dito lalo pag newbies ay pagpili at pagsali sa mga groups. Daming guru guruhan na puro pala peke. Lalo yung pahype stocks na nanggogoyo lang pala. May super kilala pa nga ba na daming libro tapos bagsak naman sa pala sa two exams ni hindi license sa stocks.

Di kami tumuloy maging member sa TRC kasi hype style tapos nakahalo yung prayer sessions.

Yes, may nababasa rin ako same ng comments mo sis, guru-guruhan daw and brainy levels when it comes to stocks, then yung iba naman trashy at rude sumagot sa mga newbies na maayos naman ang tanong.

For those who are investing and trading in stocks, how do you  make your money grow? Para simple ang pagcompute example po, I invested in stock XYZ worth 100k. After  reaching the target price to sell, naging 200k siya so that means nagkaroon ako ng profit na 100k. What do you do with the 100k profit to make it grow? Do you reinvest all again in the stock market?

Start with a budget.  Kapag na master mo na ang budgeting, then build your emergency fund.
Simpleng pag-iipon pa lang yan.  All the while read on books about stock market.  The very basic information like board lot, blue chips, buyer, seller, etc.  Create a free 7-day trial account with COL.  Just so you can have a feel of their dash board.

Then, get your feet wet by subscribing to equity funds offered by banks.  When you're set and know the very basic, open a COL account.

I think catholic christian siya and not born again Christian. Personal opinion ko lang, I think nagkakaissue sa kanya about him in stocks kasi I assume na "brother" siya, so may position. And catholic has a vow of poverty. so maybe people assume na kailangan sa vow of poverty siya. However, I don't have anything against catholics or christians or kahit anong belief engaging in stock market. Basta honest ang tao sa trades mo. Whether generous siya or selfish sa mga profits niya, it's his/her choice kasi pera naman niya. But if you are talking about born again Christians engaging in stock market, no problem naman. Kasi ang teachings nila is everyone has a purpose. Meron iba ang purpose is to earn money to help missionaries, iba sa gov't, etc etc. I think people have a misconception na if Christian (in general), hindi maganda tignan or against sa teachings daw nila kapag money related ang work.

Personally, I would reinvest the 100k profit or get 20% of it and put sa long term stock ko. I have one long term stock (hanggang mamatay na ako) and one for trading (short term)

Actually kaya ko natanong what do you do with the 100k profit kase hindi ko sure if tama ang aking strategy. I am looking at stocks as our retirement fund. So the market goes up and down diba. so if the market is up, if my stocks are up then  my profit. and they say na in the long term all will go up... pero halimbawa si stock xyz is my long term stock , pero what if kapag kailangan ko sya (After 10yrs ganon) and then natapat ako sa isang bear market.. mas mababa ang price nya, hind ba nalugi ako if i sell it then?

^---Yes, lugi ka nun, if you'll sell at a price lower than when you bought it.  Plus, lugi ka rin sa time since your money didn't earn anything as opposed to putting it in a time deposit.
3rd na lugi mo ay sa inflation.  Your money today won't be as valuable after x years in the future.

Better to sell a portion every time your stock reached new highs.  To lock in your profit.
Then kapag bumaba ulit ng konti, add more to it.

Long term stock ko is literally pang long term, until I am mentally capable or until I die (whichever comes first haha). Pero syempre bantay din naman sa stock, hindi yun papabayaan ko lang kasi tataas naman daw (like what I heard from other people). I am planning to sell if mataas na, yun get back the initial money that I used to invest. So ang matitira is profit na lang. Naisip ko kasi mashindi ito masakit, not sure if tama logic ko. I want to budget 100k for my long term kasi. So if nagkaprofit na ako ng 100k, kukunin ko na yun and bawi na ako. Yun natirang money, at least gains ko lang yun. If mawala, hindi masakit kasi 100k lang naman ginastos ko. I still add shares if good time to buy. I don't do peso cost averaging. MEron ako nabasa sa isang stock group, he bought PLDT (psei stock pa yan) sa price ng 3000 ata. e ngayon 1900+ lang. He computed na even with the dividends, lugi pa rin siya. Baka matagalan bago mabawi. as long as I have buying power, I will add shares. Portion of my salary is naka-budget sa "savings for my future" which I put sa long term stocks.

Napansin ko lang, based sa mga napapanood kona youtube and nababasa sa ibang stock groups, hindi masyado malinaw ang pagkaexplain in investing sa psei companies. Ang lagi sinasabi is peso cost averaging or basta lagay lang kasi tataas. Pero yun nga, what if yun pagdeposit mo ng monthly is natapat sa bad timing ng pagbili?
