Anyone can recommend a technical analysis seminar? Yun in small groups lang sana. I read the article posted above, pero hirap ako sa pagintindi ng technical analysis. Nasa 1/4 pa lang ako, ang dami ko ng questions and honestly, naiiyak ako kasi hindi ko ma-gets. Feel ko ang bobo ko. Slow learner talaga ako pagdating sa ganun, but I still want to pursue it. IF hindi ko pa rin magets even attending a small group or even one on one seminar, baka give up na ako dito and go to mutual fund instead haha

I have downloaded the Tsupetot App, na-aapply ko yung konting alam ko sa TA with their charting. More on candle stick lang naiintindihan ko. Kapag medyo advanced na, di ko na kayang i-process pa.

Actually, di ko pa natatapos basahin ang the trading code. But i recommend this blog:

For me kasi, maganda yung explanation ng author sa blog - what is stock market, psei, factors that make the prices go up and down, etc.. for newbies like us talaga.

I also have the book The Trading Code by Jason Cam. Highly recommended for those who want to learn Technical Analysis. Natapos ko nang basahin pero minsan binabalik-balikan ko. Pero hindi sya for newbies na wala pa talagang idea how to trade. Dapat matuto muna ng basics.

I started with peso and sense channel sa youtube. Helpful sila and they used words na ginagamit natin araw araw. Dun ako ng general idea on mutual fund and stock market and the difference.

Then, nagattend ako free seminar (from eventbrite na website). During seminar, diniscuss yun mutual fund and basic trading na using col website. Since kapos sa oras, diniscuss yun major items to look out for sa fundamental analysis, and understanding technical analysis using money flow indicator. Walang candlestick kasi puro beginner kami, so masmahirap namin maintindihan if yan daw idiscuss samin. Tapos nagsuggest din ng mga websites as references like pse edge, investagram. Tapos in the end, nagadvertise sila ng product nila haha

Im hoping jbee will still be lower, sana pumunta ng 180. Nakabili ako 80 stocks but sa price nung 190 im selling my chp, dmc para concentrate sa jbee lang. Pag beginner, better if concentrate sa 1-3 stocks lang, tapos alagaan na lang talaga.

^Wala pang buy signal ang jfc for position traders. Pero for long-term investors, pwedeng bumili anytime, cost-averaging.  Ako naman, I dont buy when a stock is in a downtrend like jfc. I buy pag pataas na o nag-pullback. I have bdo, dnl and ltg lahat uptrend so far. Laking tulong ang technical analysis.

Sa mga gusto malaman yun basics sa technical analysis, as in basics talaga, you can check Peso and Sense episode 3 and 4 sa youtube. So far nagets ko explanation nila, easy to understand

I clicked yun link for previous stock market thread, page not found na daw.  2 weeks na ako sa stocks. Pero now ko lang napansin ang major problem ko.
Everyday i tend to have a "regret moment". Regret in a sense na sayang, sana binili ko yun 2-3 days ago habang mura. Ang advice sakin as a beginner, concentrate on fewer than 5 stocks and use it as a stepping stone. Kaso the more the iread sa mga forums, and sa mga comments sa investagram, parang ang dami kong company gustong bilhan ng stocks. Normal ba ito for a beginner? I understand naman it takes time for profit to come. Unang goal ko is long term, tapos after 2 days naisip ko meidum term na lang, tapos minsan maiisp ko gusto ko short term!

How do i approach this confusion? Make a stand kung anong term ba talaga and panindigan na? Yun iba parang they choose one company from one sector lang, e.g. East west kang under banks.

Sorry if ang weird ng question ko. Minsan ayaw ko na buksa  col account, parang gusto ko lang buksan once a week haha

^Take baby steps lang sis. Beginner din ako at tuwing nakikita ko portfolio ko parang naliliitan ako hehe pero be patient lang. Stick with the basic principles of your investment strategy. Sa umpisa you're still building the habit and at the same time your portfolio.

Okay sumali sa mga learning FB groups basta libre at huwag basta maniniwala sa sabi-sabi. May mga guru na pagnakarami na ng miyembro maniningil ng monthly fee kapalit ng info o bentahan ka ng pagkamahal mahal na libro na walang pinag-iba sa scheme. Sila lalong yumayaman dahil sa katamaran mo mag-aral at kagustuhang umasa na lamang ng info na di naman lagi accurate din. Just imagine Bro.Bo kung 100 pesos monthly na lang sa 100,000 subscriber - a whooping 10M a month income daig mo pa tumama sa lotto buwan buwan

Thanks sa mga tips! I finally made a list ng companies that i want to stick with, yun business  ila more or less interested ako dun so easier for me na hindi mabored.

Just to share my mistake (para iwasan din niyo). One time nagkakwentuhan kami ng friend ko, more than 4yrs na siya sa trading, but he also make mistakes. Lagi niya ako nireremind to read news, sa updates and wag maniwala sa kanya kahit matagl na siya sa trading. I have the tendency kasi na maniwala agad sa mga matatagal na nagtrade, i always see them as experts and laging  tama gawa nila. One time nasabi niya bumili siya ng CHP stocks. Ako naman, hindi nakinig sa kanya haha, bumili din. After one week, bagsak presyo. Siguro babawi next time yun price, pero i was looking for something na medium term. Baka matagalan itong chp.

Lesson learned: DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH. LISTEN TO THE ADVICE OF THE OTHERS BUT NO NEED TO OBEY.
