Sis, as I understand, yung stock rights sa mga existing stockholders muna iooffer. May tinatawag kasing pre-emptive right ang mga stockholders. Yan yung kung mag-iissue ng additional shares (or parang stock rights) ang mga companies, dapat ioffer muna sa mga existing kasi kung sa labas agad, malaki chance madilute yung % share nila sa company.

^summer shine, if you're doing cost-averaging then it's okay to buy anytime. But if not, it'd be wise to wait a little as indicators are peaking right now. What you can also do is buy a little, wait for strong reversal signals, then that's when you buy some more.

^ Hi sis, see my post under Citiseconline or ColFinancial. No need to personally go to their office to submit your forms and requirement. You just need to mail it to them, then an account officer will contact you and schedule you for a Skype interview and that's it!

^ oo nga sis, e. duguan yung minig sector. but in the long run, oks naman ginagawa nila. mag-invest nalang sa mga nakapasa na companies

nakasakay na ako at last sa ALCO. immediately sold mine at 36% gain. nakakaba pala pag biglang tumaas yung stock.   balikan ko nalang after pullback/consolidation

^Nope there's no joining fee. P5,000 you can already start buying stocks. Kaya lang may transfer fee yata sila, like for me, each time magfund transfer ako from my BPI account may P5 na fee. Net of transfer fee yung makecredit sa fund mo.

Mga sis help! I am planning to start din sana this month or early next month kasi pinag aaralan ko pa ng husto. Ask ko lang pala if you have any idea with the mutual account? Kasi married na ako, then makaka affect ba sa application / pag register kung individual or mutual account yung type ng bank account na meron tayo for registration? Kasi the only back account that I have is yung joint account namin ni husband. Please enlighten me mga sis! Thank you!!! :*

if ngayon ka bibili, medyo huli na sabi ng friend ko. bumili siya nung nagstart yun gina lopez issue. so lahat bagsakan diba? but he bought nickel asia ata. he researched na 51% japanese owned yun, and japanese are known for having good rep sa companies and nasa compliant list siya. so bumili siya ng stocks nila nung bumagsak yun mining industry. nabenta niya nung nagstart tumaas, he earned almost 50% in profit.

tutuk kasi lagi yun sa mga news kaya naaagapan niya.

Ako newbie pa rin sa stock trading, youtube isnt enough actually. Better if you attend seminars din para meron in depth explanation ng actual traders. Ingat lang din kasi minsan yun mga host ng seminar baka bentahan ka ng product nila sa company.

What i learned from the seminar i attended last Sat was not to just depend sa col (dito ako nagopen ng acct) website. If u have people who you truly trust to tell you when to buy or sell, ok cya. But if u want to do in depth research din, try bloomberg and investagram and always check sa pse edge. Bottom line na tinuro samin, do your own research if u want to hit the lowest point or at least near thelowest point of the price before buying.

May bobo queston pala ako. Hindi ko maask dun sa seminar kasi hiyang hiya ako na baka pagtawanan ako. Nakwento kasi nung host na nung bumagsak yun price ng oil last year ata, bumili siya ng cebpac stocks kasi bagsak price nun. My question is bakit bumagsak yun stock price ng cebpac? inassume ko kasi na since masmura oil, masmura airfare ng cebpac so masmadami msgpurchase sa kanila, so higher earnings in a way. So higher earnings means higher price of stocks? Or mali?

It has something do with the strong USD. Nabasa ko dati sa isang report sa COL. I think merong liabilities or other expense (aside from fuel) ang CEB in USD so since tumaas ang exchange rate, tumaas din ang expenses nila. So the market anticipates na hindi magiging ganon kalaki ang earnings unlike before na mababa ang usd-php rate.

Pero sana merong mga masters na makapagsabi ng ano yung mga platform na pwedeng tutukan, besides news.
