haay my stock brokerage doesn't provide info about the FV of this DD. I think I read someone here from GT that she already checked two brokerages and neither provide info also about this. I tried asking others and says, DD is overvalued. something not good as they says for long term investment.

regarding DD, i saw this on bookaka.com...what does it mean "we can buy at market, exit stop below 56.33"?

Risky to buy at the current price but not risky stock as in basura stock. There is a big difference. DD has positive earnings,continuous growth,and good management. In fact,it is considered a growth stock. I suggest you do your own research,understand how analysts come up with valuations etc. Especially cos not all stocks can be covered by the research team of a brokerage. Imagine how many stocks there are to be covered. So usually,analysts have their assigned industry/stock. Anyway,you don't need to complicate it. But it will help you a lot if you understand why a certain stock is classified as basura and why another is a growth stock while there are also those called blue chips. Mas yan ang dapat basic intindihin rather than charting. Ang mahirap,there is hardly any support group for value investing in the Phils. that's why here stock market is like gambling.

It should actually be fairly simple. Buy a good company at a good price. How to know if it's a good price already? Know the company (projects,prospects,management,fair value). It's tempting to engage in penny stocks but if you're not with the "movers" you will most likely get burned.

EDIT: "Long-term" is relative. If you bought DD at Php2.00 then can anyone say to you na hindi ok ang DD for the long term? That's why mahirap umasa sa "analysis" ng iba lalo na ng mga nagkalat online (who are not CFA's or licensed brokers). Iba ang time horizon nila at iba ang price at which they bought. So their risks are different from yours. I'd love to explain more but I need to sleep 😜 Anyway,may brokerages who are heavy on the education side. Just find them.

^That's for Technical Analysis. Should be coupled always with FA. (But my bias is actually leaning more on FA.)

There are different techniques/methods in trading stocks. It's up to the investor to choose which one works for him/her. Different strokes for different folks.

ito yun formula na gamit ko. dapat average price ko is 61.44 pero sa COL 61.80something ang nakalagay.
