jha_10: Hay, labo moves ni Duterte na naman yang Gina Lopez appointment. I hope this means better regulation for mining and not a total end to it. Because last time Gina Lopez talked about mining, she wanted to turn all those mineral-rich sites into "glamping" tourist destinations.

Nakakastress itong si DD talaga. When I still had it @45, napraning ako nung pababa ng pababa kaya i sold everything @50. Then nung biglang tumataas nanaman, bumili ulit ako @56. Ilan araw ko hinintay na umakyat na siya ng 60 pero hindi nangyayari tapos napansin ko medyo hindi active si DD these past few days, at pakonti konti nanamam bumababa...binenta ko nananam agad siya @57. Ngayon si DD ay 60.10 na. Argh!!!!! Ano ba dapat ko gawin???

^trader ka ba sis or investor? Kung trader ka timing and analysis talaga kailangan mo for DD. wala siyang TP so napaka risky na stock siya. Sugal talaga siya. Ngayon kung investor ka and long term, hindi siya advisable to buy.

^sis, trader ako. at kaya ako mashado atat sa stock na yan kasi siya lang ata ang natatanging stock na in just a few weeks eh pwede ka kumita agad ng malaki, unlike other stocks, ilan buwan lang matutulog ang pera mo.

kung trader ka, susugal ka talaga sa stock na eto. timing is the key. babantayan mo talaga yan day and night ang galaw. kung may time ka tumutok pepede yan pang flip pero stressfull nga lang.

^^that's very misleading. I am a value investor but I do daily trades sometimes. To say that DD is not a good stock for long term is very misleading. At this price,it is beyond it's fair value. But if you know the standing of the company,future plans,current projects,and management,you know that it is a good stock. The question is at what price is it a good buy for this quarter/year. By the way,I know these because my work is in the Stock Market.

^sis, since gumagalaw nanamam ang DD pataas (ata?) Lol do you think it is safe for me to buy it again at 60 or 61? Or wag na lang muna coz the price is too high na and just wait for the value to go down again around 45-50?

^ ay ganun ba. thanks for the correction. ano bang fair value ng DD? from the start kasi wala akong makitang info about this.

DD's conservative fair value is at 40php/share. That is considering DD hasn't completed all their projects yet. As of now we cannot really fully appreciate DD'S real value because of that. As for me,knowing the good management behind it & getting updates on their projects (they're always ahead of targets) makes me confident that DD is a strong stock.

Info's like these are not always available online. And it's a big no-no to rely on so called "gurus" online and analysts kuno. The best would be to rely on analysts of your brokerage house. Best would be to get the info from the underwriters themselves. If the customer service of your brokerage is good,infos like these should be accessible to you.
