Yung katulad dito sa atin sana pag nasa Bohol ka or Ilocos na sakay ka lang then sila na magdala sayo sa tourist spots? hehe

Traveling kasi with oldies + kids so dun sana kami sa comfortable and affordable. Thanks!

Oh no! Lamigin din ako. Hehe. I'll bring my ultra light down from Uniqlo and maybe leather jacket din. Gusto ko sana puro heattech na long sleeves na lang kaso di ko na keri gumastos. Ang bigat kasi ng mga knitted long sleeves ko. Hehe.

Keri kaya mag-heattech leggings lang? Plan ko kasi mag-dress + heattech leggings + boots + scarf + jacket. Hehe. I'll be going there on Nov 1. hehe.

^Naku takot talaga ako sa lamig kaya mukhang gagayahin ko na lang ang outfit mo sis. Hehe. Will get the extra warm heattech just to be sure. If it gets too warm for me while walking around, I can lose the jacket naman.

Btw, balak ko na chucks lang isuot sa trip though I prefer comfy low cut boots/booties talaga. Any recos kung saan ok bumili? Sana yung quality and relatively affordable locally.

hi mga sis question lang po if ang airbnb apartment na malapit sa shin osaka station, ok ba yun? eto yung description niya "This apartment is conveniently located by JR Shin Osaka station,subway Midisuji Line Nishinakajima -Minamigata station and Hankyu Kyoto Line Minamikata station.Good access to Kyoto,Kobe,Umeda,Shinsai-bashi and Namba."

@Maple19 we walked lang from Fushimi Inari to Tofukuji. Long walk sya pero kaya naman. Partida me kasama pa kaming toddler nun. so if i-bike nyo, kayang-kaya.

Yung Kiyomizudera medyo malayo na sya from the other 2 so train + bike siguro. Though nung andun kami before, madami talaga tao so if ok lang sa inyo long walk, better siguro than bike, kasi medyo masikip na din yung ibang madadaanan. Mas mabilis if lakad. We were there last week of November nga pala.

Thanks for the suggestion sis! I decided na train and walk na lang since peak ang autumn baka maging problem ko pa san magpark ng bike, and like you've mentioned baka masikip na sa mga streets.

hi guys question lang if anyone here tried the following:
osaka amazing pass (1 day or 2 days)
JR West pass (good for 5 days)
Kansai Pass (good for 3 days)

we will be in Japan from nov 21-dec2, ang plan ko is nov 21-november 25 we will be in osaka..
what do you think po is ok na gamitin na pass specially for trains?

I'll be buying the JR Pass (7days) for our second leg of the trip (tokyo) Nov 25-dec1 kulang pa ng isang araw :/

Sis queencath, san kayo magstay osaka or kyoto? Mukhang jampacked ang first day especially since coming in from a flight and magcheck-in pa kayo baka nakakapagod yung activities sa Day 1. Yung tofukuji and fushimi inari hindi sya malapit sa arashiyama so consider mo din yun sis. I think kaya naman yan kaso baka di nyo maenjoy yung pagvisit ng each place, if you need to finish all in 1 day.

Maybe you can switch that with your day 2. Sabi ng kuya ko ang Nara pwede gawin ng half day.

We'll move fushimi on day 2. what about gion? and in your opinion, how long do we spend for arashiyama?we're thinking of a biking tour for arashiyama. do we get off at sagaarashiyama for bamboo groves and kinukuji? you think its possible to bike around the two spot?  our accom is in osaka.

2nd time in japan. We will be travelling feb 8-16. We plan to do a diy tour in kyoto/nara. Last time kasi we availed of the tour and medyo bitin for me. I want to walk around kyoto i fell in love with the place.

We're in Kyoto now and it's so charming! Nagsisisi tuloy ako why I only booked a night in here tapos hindi naman makapag-extend since pre-booked na rin mga hotels namin sa Osaka and Tokyo. We did Kiyomizudera and all the surrounding temples. Dapat mag twilight hike pa kami sa Fushimi kaso nawili na masyado sa Higashiyama/Gion. Tomorrow, we'll head to Arashiyama.

So there, for first-timers like me, you might want to consider spending a longer time here.

^ How's the weather sis? Manageable ba? Or too cold na needed talaga ng jacket? Leaving on Nov 1!!! So excited. Have my seats na, baggage, paid travel tax online... Kung pwede lang bumili ng ICOCA dito, ginawa ko na. Lol.

^ You would need a jacket na sis. Yun din isa sa mistake ko, isa lang nadala kong jacket. Akala ko kasi manageable. We're in Osaka na kaya I could say it was colder in Kyoto.
