^ i think off lotion is fine but you can check out organic mosquito repellents as well.

^yes sis, meron akong patch. pero super tapang nung amoy nya. kahit sa may pinakababa ng pants ko sya dinidikit, amoy na amoy padin. hehe.  ask ko kay OB kung okay lang yung off lotion para sure.

^how much bili mo sa patch sis? oo nga, medyo matapang nga amoy nya kasi yung mga pamangkin ni hubby laging meron nyan sa shirts nila, minsan naaamoy ko kahit sa likod na nila nakadikit hehe.

According sa WHO dapat daw yung matapang na lotion like OFF lotion. Dapat daw may deet. So yung patch or organic lotion baka di ren makatulong.

I read in the Internet that Off Lotion is safe for pregnant naman.

^hi sis! Sabi ni OB ko yung 1st trimester lang daw ang delikado kase nasa developing stage. 31 weeks here kaya not in a panic mode pero i put OFF lotion whenever i go out and jeans/pants muna, no to shorts and skirts just to be sure.

^^oh thank God for the info sis! Pero yep doble ingat pa rin kasi parang magkakaron din ng flulike s..puro pants and jeans muna rin ako.. will stockings help kaya? Pero sabi wag lang daw black kasi hindi ba lalong naaattract mga lamok sa dark colors? :/
