Condo in Pasig

We're interested in Amaia Steps Pasig (located at Eusebio Ave., San Miguel) however we are hesitant to purchase because a friend told us about his cousin's experience during a typhoon. Would like to ask if flooding is still bad in the area? Any suggestions as well for other affordable condo units near BGC? Thanks!

^as far as i know after nung ondoy/habagat malaki na inimprove sa pasig. And, malapit dyan ang school ng 2 kids ko. So far wala pa naman kami naexperience major flood sa area. Before pinagpipilian din namin dyan sa Amaia or sa Levina (Dmci) kukuha ng unit. Then at the end we decided din na sa dmci na lang kumuha. So sa ngayon we are waiting na lang for our units turn over by July.

Hubby and I are eyeing on a condo by DMCI which is Mirea Residences in Amang Rodriguez Pasig. Hindi ba mahirap ang commute going to Makati? Ilang oras ba usually and commute going there? If 830am-530pm schedule stressful ba going to the office? Thanks!
