^hi sis! If you don't mind, how does this job work? I mean, how do you get paid, what do you actually do?

I'm looking for a part time home based job din kasi. Been on bedrest for more than 4 months na, di na ko nakabalik sa work. Kaya while waiting for our baby, magsideline sana ako. First time ko magventure into this online homebased jobs, kaya medj lost ako.

Many have tried to get me on their team as a financial advisor but i'm just not the right type for it. I don't want to compromise my friends/ network for the sake of being able to sell to them once. Kasi ako mismo, i distance myself from friends who do that to me.. ayokong binobola at bebentahan ako kung wala akong interest, And it's a forever kind of distance na. Don't want it happening to me.. you only have one network and they can easily alienate you without you even making a sale.

Based on my personal experience sis, most of my clients on my first year as a Financial Advisor were my relatives and close friends. I did not sell them the products, I gave them solutions and right financial planning for their family. Being a Financial Advisor is a very noble job as you get to help people who have no idea about insurance and investments. Kung ang main objective mo to get clients is commission, mararamdaman talaga ng clients yon but if they feel your sincerity to help them secure their future and achieve their goals in life, they will be thankful sa service mo. Hindi naman kasi lahat ng client na na-meet ko binentahan ko ng insurance, some of them I have to be honest and tell them out of concern to manage their debts first, improve their cashflow and try to build an emergency fund before we proceed to investment. This is a lifetime commitment, not just a one time sale then dedma na after :)
