^yes you can pero if I were you, better na pagfile mo ng MAT2, submit na rin your marriage contract and your baby's birth certificate to update your status and dependents.  Sayang din naman kasi pagpunta mo sa SSS kung hindi mo pa isabay lahat transactions mo.

Can I file my MAT1 directly at SSS maski under records I'm still employed?

I have resigned kasi but my company is still paying for my SSS (long story). It would be easier for me, if ako na mag file on my own.

sabagay sis. pero pwede koba sabihin sa kanila na wag mona ilagay yung surname ni h2b sa cheque? kase hindi alam kung anung ids ang pwede ko kunin para sa update baka abutin ng matagal.

and lastyear lang ng oct.ng makuha ko ang cheque ko sa mat.benefits sa first pregnancy ko. makakapag file kaya ulit ako ng bago?

Yes sis okay lang kasi para Di daw mahirapan sa pag encash later on. Unless may bank Ka na married surname mo na. Kasi tinanong din ako kung sure na ba ako mag update Ng status Ko. Hehe

Tanung ln po .ano pong mga form ang need  para makaavail ng maternity benefits. Mga form na need asikasuhin before and after manganak .First time ko ln po mag ganto kaya di ko alam .thank you

^sis if voluntary ka sa SSS, you have to submit your Mat-1 with your pregnancy test result or ultrasound report confirming the pregnancy. You can submit this to any SSS branch. They will give you a received copy of the form. I think ang requirement nila to avail of the SSS maternity benefit is kelangan may at least 3 months contribution ka preceeding the semester of your due date. For example, manganganak ako ng May 2016, so it falls within the January-June 2016. So dapat may at least 3 months contribution ako from January 2015 to December 2015 para maka avail ako ng SSS benefit. Then after mo manganak, you have to submit naman your Mat-2 together with the received copy of your Mat-1 and your baby's birth certificate. They will then issue you your check and will send it to your registered address once available.

Sa Philhealth naman, again, if voluntary contributor ka, just ask for an updated Member's Data Record (MDR) from any Philhealth branch. Then pag nanganak ka na, submit your MDR together with your Philhealth claim form (pwede to kunin either sa Philhealth branch or sa hospital mismo kung san ka nanganak) and submit these to the hospital and kung eligible ka, they will automatically deduct the Philhealth benefit sa bill mo.

^sis coca-cola, try calling 9177777 ( Metro Manila hotline ng SSS ) May diff requirements pag separated na from the company. Call them in the evening, wala ng queue, 24/7 naman ata I think except holidays.

depende sa kung mag kano ihuhulog mo sis,
pero mas maganda lakihan mo hulog mo para malaki din makuha mo.

kase ako nun 5months ako sa work ko before at 5months din ako may hulog sa sss and ang hinuhulog ng company namen 400+ kaya nakuha ko nun 20k+.kaya mas malaki mas maganda. 😊😊

Not sure mga sis pero may nagsabi sakin na fixed 25k ang makukuha sa sss.. Pero depende pa rin sa employer mo.. Yung asawa ng friend ko tinapatan yung basic salary nya ng employer nya so mas malaki nakuha nya.. Sana employer ko ganon din..

^ Really? That's the first time I've heard something like that. Way back pa na base sa contributions ang makukuha mong amount kasi they will compute maximum of 6 highest monthly contributions within the period and from there nila ibe-base yung amount. So hindi dapat magde-depend sa employer yung amount ng SSS maternity benefit mo kasi may computation talaga diyan ang SSS. Magde-depend na lang siguro sa employer kung pano ia-advance yung benefit. Besides, ire-reimburse naman ng SSS sa company yung iaadvance ng employer sayo so sa given ng computation talaga ng SSS ang company magre-rely kung magiging magkano SSS benefit mo na base nga sa amount ng contribution mo.

I delivered 2015 thru CS, maximum ang contribution ko and I got 41,600 from SSS. And my officemate who delivered via NSD got 30k something, maximum din contributions.

Sis kymmie is right, as far as i know. Depende sa total contribution mo yung SSS benefit. Mas malaki pag CS kase mas matagal ang maternity leave (78 days) as compared pag NSD (60 days). But the daily allowance depends sa contribution. Let's say ang computed daily allowance mo based on contribution is 500php, then imumultiply lang yun sa 60 or 78 days. That's the total amount you will get.

Kaya umaasa pa din akong maapprove yung 100 days maternity leave. Hehe

^^well it's true, tinapatan lang ng employer nya yung salary nya.. they gave it in advance kasi, pero di naman na daw sya siningil sa kulang.. Normal delivery lang din sya..

im 19 weeks pregnant. i just got married last march 5,2016 and i'm currently employed. paano po ba magiging process sa case ko? kelangan ko na ba magpa update ng status agad? wala pa kami marriage contract kaya di pa ko makapag update ng IDs.

yung mga requirements like MAT1 and MAT2 ipapasa ko lang yun sa employer ko and sila na bahala dun, tama ba?

I was supposed to pass my Mat1 then kaya lang under the records I am still employed so it didn't push through. For voluntary members lang siya. You can also view your contributions there.
