How to Red Ribbon Documents in DFA?

Hi guys, i'll be having my NSO and NBI red ribboned in DFA this week, tried to go to their
website to set up an appointment but when I was redirected to the application form, I am not certain what to choose among the option in the dropdown menu if 'renew' 'new' etc.

Medyo lito ako kasi wala namang nakalagay na red ribbon doon. Do I have to set up an appointment with them or can I just go to their office straightaway?

 not sure if there's an existing topic like this if yes, let me know so I can just delete this.

Sis Hindi mo na kailangang magpa appointment para sa red ribbon, punta ka Lang doon and have a photocopy of the document na ipapa red ribbon mo. Hindi naman masyadong mahaba ang pila. Pero Hindi mo sya makukuha same day.

^punta ka sa DFA sis meron station don para sa mapapa red ribbon. Yung sakin Marriage Certificate the next day ko pa nakuha.

^madali lang sis punta ka sa window na for red ribbon tapos fill up ka ng form. then pay ka lang 115 ata yun? original need i red ribbon.
