San Miguel corporation will be giving us a business worth 2 million. Kami nang bahala mag isip kung [textspeak!] gusto namin as long as it is a san miguel product and maximum worth is 2 million. [textspeak!] sa tingin nyo ang magandang business? Not limitted sa mga franchise business nila.

I want to start a side business of managing properties like condo units or apartments owned by those who are not physically present in the country. This idea came to me last year when my friend in Canada bought a condo unit tapos wala magmamanage. Her sisters do not travel often in Manila kaya di rin nila maasikaso. Gusto ko umpisahan na gawin to with people I know personally. I do not know where to start (I don't even know anong tawag sa mga gumagawa nito -- real estate agents? hmm parang hinde) at kung may training ba somewhere na pwedeng enrollan. Do I need a certificate to do this? Any help will be very much appreciated. Thanks y'all!

We (family biz)  are in food service. For us, it is really passion. My partner loves to cook and we studied the recipes, techniques, etc. We studied our market and realized that no one is serving the kind of food we make. We are noobs din but so far, so good. It has been very difficult, though. It's really much easier to be an employee.

Hello sisses. I just started my own business a couple of weeks back. The planing took me a couple of weeks din. I know meedyo mabilis but my supply is readily available na din naman. I started small pa lang to test the market and so far ok naman. Few thoughts:

- I tried handling my hubby's biz dati but hindi ko na enjoy, eventually I went back to the corporate world.
- Tried putting up a stall for food, failed. 3 days lang naman pero laki pa din ng loss.
- FF 2018, what started as personal consumption eh turned into my baby na.

Siguro kasi nakita ko din what i wanted at the same time nakakatulong ako sa community. 2 weeks ago I launched my honey business. So far ok naman ang income, in two weeks mauubos ko na ang initial stocks ko.

Sa costing, lahat isinama ko to come up with a realistic price na ok sa consumer and hindi din naman ako lugi.

- Kasama sa cost ang pay ko sa sarili ko, madalas kasi isa ito sa nakakalimutan.
- Nagpaparesell ako, so ginagawa ko pag ako nakakabenta, binabawas ko din yung commission ng seller, kahit ako pa yun.  reasoning ko dito is consistent ang computations ko sa cost and income.


So far yan pa lang mga sis, pero nagiisip pa din ako paano ko maeexpand ang line of products ko. Learning pa din ako, gusto ko matutunan mag market ng maayos. So far meron na ako fb, ig and shopee pero hindi agressive ang posting.

One GT sis na naging friend ko na din in time invited me to join her sa bazaar this June, medyo hesistant pa ako pero sana magawa ko. Yan muna mga sis. Balik ako for updates.

BTW sa mga nagiisip magnegosyo kasi ayaw na nila magwork sa office, pagisipan nyo mabuti mga sis. Kasi baka sa kagustuhan natin makawala sa corp world eh maging kahit ano na lang ang ibusiness. Aralin mabuti.
