siguro natanong na somewhere - pero if not, what type of business did you register - a sole proprietorship or a corporation, and what are the advantages of a corp type of business? I know mas maganda corp if possible, to ensure your properties are not affected if the business is dissolved. What else are the pros of setting up a corp? i'm in the process of registering a business kasi. Magastos naman kasi ang corp sa registration.

Kailangan mo madapa para matuto kang bumangon. Yun ang magpapatibay sa yo bilang negosyante. Dun lalabas ang diskarte mo sa pagnenegosyo.

Dont be discouraged easily. Yung tipong walang client sa maghapon eh magcoclose na. You need to do something in cases like this, go out, magbigay ng flyers, maglagay ng tarpulin just to broadcast yung negosyo mo.

We've been there. Lahat yata ng pagkalugi naranasan namin, pero hindi kami sumuko at patuloy na nagnegosyo, that was 9 years ago. Ngayon, established na, stable na, kaya expansion na lang ginagawa namin, but still, hubby and I are both employed sa government. One way to promote din kase yung negosyo is thru your officemates

We started sa soft ice cream business in 2007, then nag venture kami sa school canteen, then laundry shop, meatshop, lending, boarding house rental, and yung recent ay review center. We are planning to put up manpower agency (local) and of course may favorite farming (agribusiness) kase dito na yung retirement plan namin.

It depends ano yung vision mo for your business. I suggest you do research first madami articles sa internet comparing the types of businesses and from there, you can select ano bagay sa gusto mo i-establish.

We are registering a corporation at jusko merong "disposal fee"?!
Anyway, we chose this kasi ang vision ay makakuha ng corporate-level firms in the future.
So you need to check where you see your business 5-10 years down the line.

Do not be discouraged with the registration fees kasi mas mahal at hassle yung change of type in case you decide later on.

Kami ng hubby ko sa wakas natupad na dream namin makapg-open ng cafe. Maliit lang pero sobrang saya ng pakiramdam na natuloy rin. OFW kasi kami at for years plano na namin ito. Mahirap talaga sa simula lalo na sa amin kasi may baby kami at wala talaga mahanap na yaya kaya bukod sa business, nag aalaga pa kami ng baby. Wala kami ibang maasahan kasi malayo kami sa parents ko pero tiis lang talaga. So far okay naman huwag lang talaga mapabayaan at kailangan laging active sa social media. 80% ng customers namin galing sa instagram at facebook. Dapat laging updated sa latest food/drink trend so research palagi.

how do you feel about starting two businesses at the same time? one business is something that you've done before, you know the ins and outs. the other one is just an online shop with products that come once every couple of months.

And I'm soooo glad I found this group! I just started my home-based travel agency business and I am so pressured right now. Totoo pala talaga yong sinasabi nila that the path to entrepreneurship is lonely. I really felt no one truly understands my situation. Don't get me wrong, I have the full support of my family. Pero iba talaga pag you surround yourself with like minded people!

Anyway, I'm a full time mom with project based work on the side. Then I went into this business, so I really have to juggle all of these things. Nakaka.pressure talaga and minsan nakaka.stress!

Pano nga ba mag-register at kumuha ng mga permits for food business? Magkano ang mga babayaran at gaano katagal ang pagproseso? Working din kasi ako kaya I need to know kung ilang araw ang dapat kong i-file ng leave para asikasuhin ang registration at permits.

Gusto ko din mag business. Napapaisip ako lately, hindi ko na pinapangarap na maging boss sa company na pinagtatrabahuhan ko. Ang gusto ko maging boss ng business ko. 😊
